Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Clarksville

My family orderer a few sandwiches from this sandwich shop when we were in Clarksville visiting a family member. One of the sandwiches was "The Veggie" with sprouts and avacado added on wheat. Once we got back to our hotel that is 3.6 miles from the store, we realized that they put ham and turkey on the sandwich, still the correct sandwich otherwise with the sprouts and avacado spread, but with meat. I called the store and the manager was very rude, assuring us that he made the sandwich correctly or implying that we are lying about the sandwich being incorrect. He said that they would not deliver us the corrected sandwich, which despite being less than 4 miles away. I had to drive back to pick up the proper sandwich and the manager was then more rude and condescending, SURE he made the sandwich correctly or that they got switched somehow, despite the sandwich having all the other specific things, sprouts and avacado on wheat, that the sandwich should otherwise have. The manager was also shocked that we didn't return the incorrectly made sandwich, I was just under the impression that once food left a restaurant, you weren't supposed to bring in back in, and on the phone he didn't ask me to bring it with me. He didn't offer to refund anything or do anything other than remake the sandwich and make me come back to pick it up. Horrendous service. My family visits Clarksville often and this is the second time we have had them mess up an order and do nothing to rectify the situation, but this time they were also literally...

Never had an issue with jimmy John's until I started using the one on Wilma Rudolph when I moved into their delivery area. They have CONSISTENTLY messed up the orders I have made the last three times. I will no longer use them. If you pay 40 dollars for a few sandwiches, it would be reasonable to expect them to at least get the toppings right, especially if you pay extra for some of them. They have left out components of certain sandwiches routinely, never had a Cuban that actually came with pickles on it from their restaurant, they have completely left off hot peppers and mustard from sandwiches where I have asked for them, they even seem to use half the amount of meat and toppings compared to the location on Madison street which has NEVER gotten my order wrong. I almost want a refund for my last order because it was almost entirely wrong and it was 40 dollars for the food. Too pricey. I'll take my business elsewhere now. Do...

Sandwich was wrong. Asked for onions didn't get then. Staff is non-communicative. They treat you like you are disturbing them. Had to ask them to do an additional transaction so I could get chips and a drink with the combos I just purchased. Cashier watched me ask my son what kind of chips he wanted before he read me the total. In turn it cost more to buy them seperate of the sandwich. They only added 1 drink and 1 bag of chips for 2 people. He did offer another transaction to correct it but in frustration I gave up on it being a reasonable experience. Collected my food and left. Sandwich was terrible I took one bite threw it in the trash and went next door to west coast taco shop. It had more pickles on it than meat and cheese combined.
