Dear McDonalds & Staff, I came to your establishment 9-17-2018 at 8:30 an Requested Iced caramel macchiato, bacon egg & cheese biscuit.
Left the building took a bite of it noticed the bacon was rubbery and biscuit dry. Came back...
Manager came on microphone said she would correct it. I also purchased another drink. I was handed a pancake tray and I asked what was this.?
The staff member said she wanted to put your bacon on the side so that it was well done. I didn't bother to check,drove off and There was a biscuit with no bacon( burned bacon in a pancake tray) egg or cheese. Just a plain biscuit.
Drove back, and went inside this time ( said to myself they have got to get it right this time).
🚒🚒Once again the biggest disappointment 10 times worse.👀👀👀👀 I realize no one is perfect but my goodness!!! If You ask for the bacon not to be rubbery.. They BURN the life outta the meat... All I wanted was crispy bacon... Not BLACK TAR!!

Your window staff doesn't take orders correctly. The management is suppose to correct mistakes.
But this is even worse! I will not return. I am actually sitting outside your establishment questioning if I should go back inside to ask for my $3.99 back.
But you know what? It's the last $3.99 I'll give to you all. It's not worth the headache of going back inside.
To those reading, I know I should have checked my bag at my 2nd drive thru.. But gave benefit of the doubt... But damn it.... Who would eat this?

Read moreJust went here for my iced coffee i get every morning after I drop my Boyfriend off from work. Well the one I got to on Ft. Campbell was closed. So i went to the one down here on riverside. Worst mistake EVER! I got my iced coffee as I normally do extra caramel large. I never have problems on ft. Campbell the person there makes it amazing! She does awesome! So here I am on riverside and the FIRST iced coffee barely had any caramel in and it had only a few iced cubes and I got a mouth full of coffee grounds! Turned right around and had them correct it. Well this time it was even worse! They handed me up and it had caramel all over the inside of the cup and I mean everywhere. Than at the bottom another pound of caramel. Funny part I never even made a deal about the flavor first time around. So not only was there a half pound of caramel there was no ice and the coffee was Luke warm not even cold. I had to flag them down back to the window, said can we pour some out and put ice in it? They said oh the coffee keeps melting it. Funny never happens on ft Campbell. So they put like 6 ice cubes in it and they melted right away. So I decided to go back to fr Campbell to see if they were open yet and they saw and were so impressed by there crafty work that they made me an iced coffee for free and it was PERFECT! As far as riverside morning staff, y’all don’t get in your head that you deserve 15$ an hour because if I was your boss you would of gotten a huge ear full!!...
Read moreMy partner and I went for an early lunch today, 4-23-22. We had plans that afternoon so we were still in sweats (this will come up later). I order a $3 McChicken bundle, 1 Large coke and 2 medium ice coffees. We received the food and was asked to pull to the thrid window. After about 10 minutes, we received our coffees but no Coke. I reminded them that we were missing our drink and the gentleman said okay. At this point there were multiple cars in the pull forward & wait spots and everything was very disorganized. Two young female works come out to disperse food. I told them "Sorry I am just waiting on my Soda." Dismissing what I said, they started joking in the parking lot and laughing. After another 5-10mins the gentlemen came back out to hand us another person's food. I again said "Sorry , I am just waiting on that coke." At this point we had been waiting around 20 minutes at the thrid window for a Coke. My partner called the district Manager number on the window and this Manager called the store and told them we were waiting. The Shift Manager came out after 25 minutes and gave us our Coke. She did apologize but it's still seemed very ridiculous for just a drink.
I understand at that point we should've just just went in to get it. HOWEVER, we were in our sweats and when you choose to go through a drive-thru, you dont expect to need to go into the store. At that point, what is the convince of a...
