The Peach Cobbler Factory - Clarksville — Restaurant in Clarksville

I was disappointed... After an EXTREMELY long wait (almost 30 minutes at 8pm on a Wednesday) we received our order. I ordered cherry cobbler - someone ordered peach cobbler - another the oreo banana pudding - and finally the vanilla cinnamon roll.

Both cobblers they served the ice cream on the side and not together as in the pictures. Both of The ice cream were COVERED in a heavy layer of cinnamon that was just overpowering.

Cherry cobbler - Almost all breading/crust that was dark and burned on the top. The limited filling was okay but not great and had way too muchcinnamon. Heavy layer of cinnamon on the top and in the filling - way too much and overpowered the cherries.

Peach cobbler - Again with almost all breading/crust but at least this one was not overcooked - this one also had a very heavy layer of cinnamonon over the top. The filling did have a good flavor except the over heavy amount of cinnamon in the filling that overpowered the flavor of the filling. The pictures show a carmel looking sauce on the ice cream - didn't receive that.

Oreo banana pudding - Was really looking forward to this and so disappointed. The banana pudding is clearly instant and has a nasty flavor and aftertaste.

Vanilla cinnamon roll - This is why I gave 2 stars vs just 1. Per the person who ordered it this was really good.

Overall we were very disappointed and sad that they did not live up to the "hype" ... We left having no desire to...

The girl working at the front counter was extremely lazy and REALLY didn't want to do her job. We ordered 2 cobblers and a bannana pudding. It says on the menu cobblers come with ice cream. She handed us a to go bag with "every thing"in it. We checked and noticed there wasn't any ice cream inside. I asked the girl about why we didn't have ice cream in the bag and I kid you not, she said "i didn't think you wanted it because it comes in different cups". Excuse me? I paid for it. Why would you not think I wanted it? She also added she didn't even have enough cups for 2 ice creams. And the 2nd ice cream would come in 2 smaller cups. The girl also said they are completely out of napkins. We said that was fine. My family said the cobblers were great. The bananna pudding was OK. It has a VERY strong artificial bananna flavor. They do not use real banannas in their bananna pudding. We won't be coming back as service was so bad. The atmosphere is really neat, they have a little corn hole game set up and selfie wall. However the men's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like old rotting pee and definitely had not been cleaned in awhile.

This was our first time here and despite the delicious desserts, we will not be coming back. The taste of the food just isn't worth the poor service and lack of basic...

Ordered through GrubHub. GrubHub wasn't the issue, that was timely and the driver was respectful. Problem is we received a bag with a stapled receipt that stated my order of a OG banana pudding shake and a Sweet potato cobbler, but inside the bag was a plain, non-shake banana pudding and a cherry cobbler. The closest thing to correct was that it was at least the OG banana pudding and not one of the others, but it definitely wasn't a shake. The banana pudding was super sweet and the vanilla wafers were mush, but overall it was okay. The cherry cobbler tasted like cherry cobbler and it was warm and the crust was nice, but I don't care for cherries. The food overall is good, so 4 stars for that, but it wasn't what I ordered, so low service score for that. I tried calling both numbers listed for the store because I really wanted that shake and was willing to drive to get the correct thing even though I just had it all delivered... both numbers went to voicemail. I didn't bother leaving a message. Overall pretty disappointing that the store couldn't get a 2 item order correct and no one from the store...
