Enjoyed our first visit. Wait in line wasn’t too long. Good quality burger, veggies and buns. All good. Dining room clean and pleasant. Cons: Glare from sun coming in from large windows and too much mayo on my burger. We will return and we recommend. The Hot fudge sundae was much better than comfy cow and Dairy Queen. Products were good.

update: went during weekday. early early lunch. apparently management and owner rep there. the new manager apparently learning how to use the register, and having challenges. two ladies standing there trying to learn from him. he may be better in the kitchen. lol. hard to train staff on the register if the new manager cannot figure it out. i had to repeat my order to him several times. he seemed overwhelmed. didn’t get my instruction right. just saying. **

all i care about is the food is good, staff handles my order, i get what i ordered and within a prompt manner.**

store was attractive and appeared clean. the apparent owner guy seemed abrasive to his apparent operations manager. maybe they are brothers, i thought. the apparent owner guy jeans were flat and sagging in the rear. please figure out the staffing......you need competent staff....the food is good!!!**

update: went for weekday lunch, only a few set of dine in customers present, for being highly populated retail area this place should have more lunch customers. but...nothing special quality wise. $8 plus tax for cheeseburger and fries. modern interior decor. only Pepsi products and root beer. didn’t opt for soft drink. that would’ve cost more. not an attractive selection of drink products anyway. cons: parking sucks, as it is shared with other businesses in the building and surrounding establishments. $8 for burger and fry and nothing special or different then less expensive competitor down the street. if you like the ambiance or want a a beer or ice cream product, this is your place. big surprise*they have a good ice cream product selection, whether a sundae or a shake. i would not go back....

I've had good experiences here in the past, but tonight was a complete and utter disappointment.

I ordered a single patty burger with lettuce, red onion, tomato and mayo... but the lady at the counter convinced me to get chillburger sauce which she described as a combination of mayo, ketchup, mustard and spices. That sounded pretty good.

What I got was a very plain hamburger which had pickles which I did not ask for, along with a few tiny scraps of red onion, a couple of sad tomatoes, no lettuce to be found, and it looked as if a tiny bit of the surface area of the burger and bun had come into contact with some mayonnaise by accident. So basically, the burger didn't really have any mayo, until I added some at home, let alone any kind of chillburger sauce.

Upon closer examination, I found that inside the wrapper, there were a few bits or corners of a slice of cheese, which suggests that the wrapper had previously been used on a cheeseburger or something, but for some reason my burger was in it not... not that this is a problem, but it does make me wonder what went wrong. Now that I'm looking at the receipt (which for some reason has no price on it) I see that it is also not quite what I ordered: There is no lettuce listed, or chillburger sauce but interestingly there is mayo, and it also lists pickles which I did not request. In essence, the burger I got did not match either the one I ordered, or the one described on the receipt. I wonder how that happened.

This rather mediocre burger and fries was not worth the eleven dollars I paid. I could have had a better experience at McDonald's, Wendy's or Burger King, and that's really...

Do not waste your money here!! THEY CUT THEIR PORTIONS IN HALF!!! Compared to the other locations, this one is not worth going to. We have been here once before, so this was not a one off experience. I treated my family here over the weekend, for convience of travel, but we will not be back! We all got something different this time, between the burger meals, fried chicken meals, and grilled chicken meals, all of the chicken portions were cut in half! We eat at the Floyds Knobs location several times a week for lunch, and they ALWAYS offer great service and appropriate portions, for the price. While dining at the Clarksville, IN location, I brought the issue of the portion size to the manager's attention and he laughed it off, trying to convince us that the portions have always been the same. I told him, "THAT WAS THE PROBLEM". Personally, I DO NOT FIND BUSINESSES SKIMMING, ON MY DIME, VERY FUNNY! We ate at the Floyds Knobs location today, and I thanked the manager for ALWAYS offering great service, awknowledging his awesome employees, and fair portions. I also shared our experiences at the Clarksville location with him and his facial expression stared back at me in disbelief. He opologized for their (lack of) service, and thanked us for choosing his location. GET IT TOGETHER CLARKSVILLE, IN CHILLBURGER!!! CONSIDER INVESTIGATING YOUR MANAGEMENT/EMPLOYEES AT...

In town for work, was looking for a local (not a chain) burger, and Chillburger ended up being one of the best burgers we have ever had. I Didn’t start looking at reviews until I was half way through my meal and I honestly can’t relate with most of the negative comments I’ve read. The staff were friendly, both burgers were served to our table (they don’t have to do that) not even 5 minutes, fries were HOT.. honestly everything all the way down to the house sauce was above and beyond expectation! And then there’s the best part; the ‘higher purpose’ …every burger bought, you are buying a meal for underprivileged children… which makes me want to buy atleast half a million more! If you are in the area, you should feel conviction about not stopping!
