Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Clawson

Ordered delivery paid cash was told cannot get a refund on cash. Company policy. The pizza is fine. However the salad had bad vegetables on it green peppers were mush!! I was told that salads were made fresh daily. I want to know if that were true how they picked up the green peppers with a spoon ? I asked who cooperate was as in a lot of places are owned by individual owners. He basically laughed at me and hung up on me.I was told I was speaking to the manager! Great management skills ! I didn’t want credit nor did I want my salad to be remade! Lost my stomach with the first salad. I’m re- thinking the vegetables on my pizza now! There are way too many pizza places to bother with this one very small pizza store. Lied to and treated extremely rude! The best Gluten Free pizza in the area! I always get it extra (or extra extra) cheese and well done. Very friendly staff in person and on the phone. I always seem to speak to Darren (does the poor guy ever get a day off? LOL) when I call. In fact, I’m pretty sure it was him when I called the other day. I had a slight complaint as the past two times I had ordered my pizzas weren’t well done and definitely weren’t extra cheese. I asked him to please be sure it was this time. It was, in fact it was the perfect pizza! Being gluten free with celiac disease our hands are tied when it comes to options so when I find a good place I hope it will be the same every I order. This is the ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars. They could be a little better with consistency in the quality. Other than that, I will always order from them. Go give these guys...

The confirmation email I got said 20 minutes. It took them 40! Not because they were busy but because everyone my husband talked to when he picked up was completely flaky. He paid and the guy said he was going to check on the order. My husband stood there waiting and someone else walked up a few minutes later and asked to help him then couldn't find the order in the system (because he already paid?!) then they said he had to wait for the chicken so then he got frustrated and said "oh we will through in a howie bread" my husband didn't realize I already ordered a howie bread.

Then problems when he got home. Which we live 3 not even 2 miles from there! Pizza was cold. Chicken was colder (yet we were waiting on the chicken). And then the howie bread has a large pool of butter on...
