Restaurant was empty inside. When we entered the restaurant there was an employee standing just outside the door on her cell phone b!tching out someone about something that I really didn’t need to hear about. When we walked in there was no one at the counter to greet us initially and then this person came out and we mentioned about the girl outside on the phone and they bolted out the door after her. Eventually someone came and asked if they could take our order. I asked a few questions about the fish sandwiches and the guy really didn’t make much of an effort to try and sell me on one or another. I had to ask specific questions about each one about the sauce and if it had cheese. It was like pulling hens teeth. I did select the Hawaiian version which has a sauce, lettuce and was supposed to have cheese. Mine had no cheese and when I asked the manager about it he argued that he knows that he put cheese on my sandwich. I was afraid to ask them to make me a new sandwich for fear of what they might do to my food. Plus I had already waited over 15 minutes to get the food we got. As soon as we placed the order the employee put our curly fries on the serving tray and it took them 15 minutes to incorrectly make our sandwiches. Needless to say the fries were not hot at all. Oh and the girl who was outside the restaurant when we were walking in was texting on her phone the entire time she was quite slowly preparing food behind the counter. I’m surprised she didn’t drop her phone into the deep fryer as she was sorting the food from the fryer baskets. I always thought this Arby’s served a nice hot meal and I would truly enjoy ringing the bell on the way out the door. Not this time and I doubt I will ever step foot in this Arby’s again. I’ll head down to Prices...
Read moreI stopped for a milkshake. I was asked through a prompt if I'd like to try the mint chocolate milkshake I replied "actually yes a medium mint chocolate milkshake please" I was giving my total and went to pay. After I pay I'm handed a chocolate milkshake, I corrected them. When I received my proper order that I had paid for, I was told to "speak up clearly next time." I parked my vehicle and went inside for a refund, as I was disgusted. As I'm explaining to the manager the disrespect I received in the Drive-Thru, the white long-haired gentleman who had made the disrespectful comment came over and shoved $3 in my face with a smug grin and said "here take it." I was then refused a proper refund to my card and asked to leave. I'm not sure what type of people you have working in this establishment, I can't even fathom treating a customer in the way I was...
Read moreShort light brown hairs were found in the packaging around the bread of one of our sandwichs, and we returned to ask them to redo a different turkey sandwich to exchange for the hairy one. The cashier asked for the sandwich back and our driver reasonably requested that he'd like to exchange it for the other at the same time - once it was done (honestly to ensure they wouldn't reuse any part of that sandwich to make the new one...) Rick the manager, who happened to have short brown hair came to the window and stuck his hand out shaking it up and down at my driver and said with a very much unnecessary attitude to my driver that he needed the sandwich back for "insurance purposes"... Rick needed insurance for a sandwich he prepared poorly and we already paid for? Such poor customer service was sadly shocking and so I requested a...
