Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Clayton

Sunday my wife and I went to this store. I ordered a medium blizzard and my wife got an Orange Julius. The one girl who was preparing the orders was very rude and nasty. She appeared to be about 18-20 and I didn't particularly care for her hostile eye contact. My wife's Julius was so bitter you couldn't drink it. The girl running the register was pleasant and apologized for the drink and gave my wife a 10% discount on another order. Maybe just me but I think once you make it you own it and should offer another one to replace it free of charge. The rude girl said the reason it was bitter was because they had very little left and it was nearly empty. Her attitude was horrible. One lady who ordered an ice cream before us asked her, "Doesn't it come with syrup on it?" The girl snapped, "NO!" She then turned around and dismissed the woman. Dairy queen icecream is always the best. The only negative which is why I gave it a moderate rating was that the supervisor or manager on duty berated/called out the young girl who made our banana split out for making it wrong (which we didn't see anything wrong with it) in front of us and other customers which was so wrong....she even asked for our icecream back to look at it and weigh it?? So unacceptable... that woman has no idea how to teach or manage employees... the golden rule with employees is to "Praise in public and critique or coach in PRIVATE", we felt so bad for the young girl, we extra tipped her and shared, this was not how anyone in a management position should act and another lady in or group went to the woman who was supposed to be managing and told her to her face how wrong it was that...

One of the employees was very rude and disrespectful! I ordered a Strawberry Blizzard and Chocolate shake. A friend with me ordered two Strawberry Blizzards. They first put a Strawberry Sundae on the counter and I thought it was somebody else's. They gave me the Chocolate shake and then put two Strawberry Blizzards on the counter and got one and went outside. My friend came out and the said the employee told him I should have gotten the Strawberry Sundae because that's what I ordered. I went back in and found the receipt I had thrown away clearly showing what I ordered but the young man refused to even look at it and turned his back on his.
