Dunkin' — Restaurant in Clayton

Went through the drive thru last evening about 7:00 pm, asked if they could make a fresh pot of decaf coffee. They said yes so I ordered 2 large decafs, one with extra cream. Got them home, neither had much cream at all, both were old (you can tell, not much is worse than old coffee), and my wife is very sensitive to caffeine and immediately started having a reaction. Neither of us finished our coffees, poured it all out. Don't try calling the listed number for anything, they don't answer, not at night, nor the next morning. My calls were forwarded to a voice mail, still haven't heard back. We live in this town, so we would be regular customers if the service and product were good. We like Dunkin at other locations, but this one is not up to par. If they cared the manager or franchisee would answer the phone, and at least try to address issues. So glad this location opened!! My go-to get the day started Java! Staff delivers great customer service and they are quick for the most part… My reasoning for not giving a 5 star rating is due to the fact that my Vanilla Iced Coffee that I order every single day is never consistent and often times has to melted down for a while before I can even drink it because of the sweetness or occasionally I get it and you taste no coffee @ all. However this being a brand new location they probably just need a little more practice to get the consistency down which is okay I will still come they daily! They served all people that were after us, not sure why, and after a long waiting we received all wrong in our order , I asked a latte and they literally filled the cup with sour milk no coffee, The matcha was gritty and disgusting, the other coffee was without syrup and there was missing one item from our order, when I asked one of the staff for that missing item, she just looked at me like scared and didn’t got any response.
