Edit: It's really hard to know who was at fault with both parties pointing at each other. However, even without using door dash we have been frustrated by our interactions with your store and staff. We had an instance where he showed up to order in person and was practically ignored (in a mostly empty dining area) until he spoke up only to be met with vague answers about wait times and availability. He came back to the car empty-handed and extremely confused and when I asked what the problem was he said he honestly didn't know. Your staff needs to work on their customer service and efficiency.
My husband loves the wings here. He wants to get them ALL the time. We usually use Door Dash and have had nothing but problems with this restaurant in particular. Tonight he ordered well before they closed (like an hour or 45 mins before) Flippin wings confirmed the order. At 8:45 suddenly the order is canceled and our money returned. So we call Flippin wings to see what happened. They say, we don't know what happened it canceled itself. The food is made but the driver never came. So we call door dash. They tell us that the restaurant canceled the order or possibly they closed earlier than they stated and didn't inform door dash but, that that didn't make sense because they had already confirmed the order. I agree, why confirm an order you have no intention of making. I hate to think it was Flippin wings fault but with the issues we have had with them on numerous occasions combined with the fact that we rarely if ever have issues with any other restaurant; I have to believe that they took the order and then didn't honor their end and fulfill it. It wasn’t until I started visiting the barbershop next door that curiosity finally got the best of me. One day, I decided to give it a shot—and wow, I was blown away. The wings were amazing, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, and the staff was just as great.
Fast forward a couple of years—new management, new employees—and unfortunately, that’s when things started to decline. The food lost its spark, and I ended up taking a break from the place for about a year. But then, I heard they made some changes to the staff, so I waited a little longer before giving it another shot.
Recently, I finally went back, and let me tell you—it’s back to the way it was when I first fell in love with it. In fact, I’ve already been three times in the past week! The wings are back to being flavorful and perfectly cooked, the staff is super polite and friendly, and overall, the experience is just as great as I remember.
If you’ve had a bad experience in the past, I highly recommend giving them another shot. One visit shouldn’t define a place forever—especially when they’ve worked hard to make improvements.

They only options they gave me to resolve the issue was a refund or or they would make my wings but I would have to wait over an hour. Which that was unacceptable to me In the customer service industry they should have fixed my order ahead of other orders. It's the only way I order wing your employee who took the order was completely ignorant.
