Cook Out — Restaurant in Clayton

We stopped at the 70 business location in Clayton and I won't be going back. The guy mumbled into the microphone so low I couldn't hear him. He could not get the order right so a woman came on and after two more attempts we finally got the order made. We proceeded to the window. The guy in the window never said a word, just looked at me. I handed him my card. He took it, swiped it, handed it back and still never said a word. He handed me the drinks, still not a word just a blank "I hate my job" stare. Finally got the bag of food and it was missing food. I sat there waiting for him to open the window back up which he finally did (still not uttering a single word). I told him what we were missing and he closed the window. A woman then appeared and I told her what we were missing. She asked what we ordered. I gave up on trying to use words since no one there seemed to comprehend anything and I pulled the receipt off the bag and handed it to her. She asked again what I was missing (I had already told her and him three times). She comes back with the missing food and hands it to me without a word. I wouldn't go back there if the...

So I went through the drive-through there were no cars there so I ordered a large chili cheese fry, but I asked for them to cook my fries fresh so by the time I drive from the Order machine to the window, my order was already ready which means they could not have fried the french fries fresh for me so the girl called the manager and he’s gonna say oh they’re fresh why I said how could they be fresh when you have no customers in the drive-through line that means that they were sitting there so he says oh well you gotta try them first before you can make that judgment so I took a fry out It was warm on the inside of the french fry so I said this is not fresh. This is not hot so he went back to the back and supposedly made me some more french fries but when I got home, I saw something inside my french fries that didn’t look normal so I didn’t eat it because in chili cheese fries there’s nothing white slimy so that goes to tell me that They spit in my food so be careful with your food. Possibly the worst fast food service experience I've ever had in my life. My cousin and I drove 9 hours straight from NYC back home and needed a bite to eat late at night around 11 PM. I checked the bag after ordering 5 quesidillas and I asked the girl if everything is in the bag because I saw 2 wrapped quesidillas and I assumed they were bundled together in foil. I went home and saw only 2 quesidillas....I took a pic of my receipt and food then drove back to ask for the rest of my food. They kept saying I needed my receipt and I showed them my picture of the receipt, she didnt even look at it and THREW THE BAG OF FOOD INTO MY HAND AND SLAMMMED THE WINDOW SHUT with a nasty look on her face. THEY DIDNT EVEN MAKE THE CORRECT QUESIDILLAS I ORDERED THAT I PAID FOR WITH MY OWN MONEY. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE ID RATHER...
