A very special and huge shout out to Mrs. Debbie! I ordered online and accidentally selected carry out instead of delivery. At the time I had no way to get there so I was blowing their phone trying to get someone on the line and I finally got Mrs. Debbie. She was assisting me on the phone with trying to cancel the order so I can reorder it thru the delivery service but we couldn’t figure it out. She then asks for my address and said she’ll bring the order to me! Listen- I was at a loss of words bc this was such a kind and extremely nice gesture. She delivered my food and was just so sweet and polite. I wanted to hug her! I offered to tip thru cashapp or Apple Pay, she didn’t have any of those and said she’s ol’skool and if I could just leave a review. So Mrs. Debbie if you see this, I really really appreciate what you did and I will not forget you! I hope you have the most beautifully blessed days ahead! so the first time I went in and ordered my food I paid for all flats I didn’t get all flats I asked for my chicken to be fried extra crispy. I didn’t get that. I bought it back to the manager what was going on she offered to remake it got home, the same thing the chicken was not cook crispy and the carrots stink went back. I was told they could not give me my money back. I had to come back again Manager you cannot call them because they don’t have a working phone who has the business and to the public and a complaint , my advice to you guys to check your food to make sure it is exactly the way you want it before you walk out of their establishment. You are new to the area. You should be trying to service the customers to the best of your ability they have young kids walking around with earbuds and ears talking on the phone while dealing with customers that is not how you run an...

The food was ok but it’s gonna end up like every other wing stop run down with employees who are rude and don’t care. I just ordered from there and there and the girl taking orders at the front was just rude didn’t smile was not welcoming at all when I would say thank you she just didn’t say anything same with other customers while I was waiting. Got my food there was a small hair in my fries and I took it back in when the manager asked them to make a new one they where all back there around the fryers talking crap saying we got a hair net on and just being rude. Get it together or it’s gonna be horrible just like half of the wing stops… also don’t work in customer service if you are gonna be rude maybe hire some decent people that aren’t rude and look mad the whole time there taking...
