Subway — Restaurant in Clayton

My mothers order wasn’t made right Philly steak was cold she paid for extra paid for toppings to go on it didn’t receive them so she called to talk to the manager one of the guys who doesn’t even had a uniform yet and just started said he was the manager she has that on recording, they were arguing back and forth with me and my mother, when I came to get the food I know how subway works I use to work at one, and I know a customer isn’t supposed to reach over the counter and grab a bag with 3 subs and 2 long cookies, not heavy at all. I shouldn’t have to reach over the counter near yalls register, that could’ve completely different if I was a thieving person, also the girls said we can remake the sandwich or call the police so my mother is talking to the so called male that said he was manager, he said he was going to make it. So he went to go make it and the girl named Emily kept trying to argue with her so my mother said to stop talking to her he’s remaking the sandwich then Emily told him not to make it and refused our service and to call the police, they said they were all minors and if they are I know that they’re not supposed to be alone one of them has to be older then the other two at least that’s how i remember it use to be when I was a minor. My mom didn’t really care about the bag situation it was just that her sub was completely cold for a Philly but the shorter girl with curly hair had the attitude kept arguing them Emily chimed in also when my mom was on the phone before she came up there and she was asking for numbers and names one of the girls grabbed the phone laughed in her face and hung up so that’s why we came up there to ask...

I placed the order online for a 6-in sandwich cut into three pieces and a pretzel! Got home and my pretzel was hard as a rock singing as if it was cooked yesterday and rewarmed or something! A call to the store to tell him about it the girl to answer the phone put me on hold place in the phone on the counter and I heard someone in the background yelling "the motherfuking meat was sliced yesterday, anisette in the warehouse for over a week before we got it here"! I clearly was calling to complain about my pretzel but after that phone conversation I don't want anything from this place ever again! When they came back to the phone I immediately asked for a manager because of what I heard in the background to only be told that there was no manager or supervisor on the premises! Definitely...

I wld give it zero, but that’s not an option. Went to get a sub for my son’s field trip (next day) and asked that the condiments be put in cups so sub doesn’t become soggy overnight. I was informed after I had paid for the sub that was lacking ( looks like 2 pieces of bread basically) that each cup is .65cent a piece. I have never been charged for condiments before. Who charges for mayo/mustard on the side? After I asked for my money back, I was offered packets of mayo/mustard but was told the owner charges for those too, but tonight I don’t have to pay for the condiments. Whatever... this was my first time at this subway location and will def be my last. I’ll spend the extra $’s on Firehouse... at least your sub looks like a sub and they don’t charge for condiments...
