Came here for a drink before my errands because of course we need our caffeine before duh. Anyways we waited like 30 min for our order as we watched others come in well after us and leave before us. It continued and finally we asked where our order was that we were in fact charged for. She couldn't find it on the tablet. Anywhere but it most definitely came out of my Dutch bros account. I stopped by Dutch Bros for my daily coffee run about a week ago, and I have to say, the service was absolutely exceptional. Quinn assisted my friends and me, and his kindness and enthusiasm truly stood out. From the moment we pulled up, he greeted us with a genuine smile and made the experience so enjoyable. He was not only friendly but also incredibly attentive, making sure our orders were perfect and engaging in great conversation. 1. Don’t go to the inside. They don’t answer the window inside the building.
2. got a mocha, but was handed to without ANY milk in it. Straight coffee no milk.
3. very much contested that there was milk in the mocha to me and wanted me to pay extra for asking for milk to put in my coffee after it was delivered incorrectly made.
4. the least Dutch bros visit possible.
5. vibes were very off. Bad vibes even. They made me feel like I was stealing and all I wanted was the milk to put in my drink to make it correctly.
