Taco Bell — Restaurant in Clearfield

So this is like one of fifteen other incidents in the past year but this was the last chance. I’ve dined in, ordered DoorDash, drive thru, etc all terrible experiences. So this time I Ordered via tacobell.com and came to pickup thru drive through. I ordered a cravings box combo and like it’s common sense that when one of these is ordered or a combo at any fast food joint it comes with a drink…

shortly after waiting I was rudely handed my food with no bag, sauces, napkins, or anything. Just my box. I politely informed the worker I didn’t receive my drink and asked her nicely may I get my drink as well I thought she was going to get it but after five minutes and the drive thru being dead I figured I had to knock on the window and ask again. and she just said well it’s not what the screen says is apart of your order, she informed me that I was lying about it, and essentially slammed the sliding door… Since it was completely dead no ones inside or out but me I would have gone and re asked another employee or something buuut I didn’t want my drink to be spat in or something so I decided to leave. I ended up driving down the street to McDonald’s to get my drink and WOW the woman at that drive through actually treated me like a genuine and normal human being 🤯.

And oh of course like every review here what this Taco Bell gave me was completely wrong to no ones surprise. No point going into detail cause it’s pointless like my order🙃

I wish I knew the persons name but she was middle aged Caucasian lady with short blonde hair. Double chin havin wearing a chokeland raiders jacket over her taco bell uniform maybe she’s so upset cause her teams on life support after a blowout of a loss to the chiefs.

I get that you can have bad days at work and stuff but sheesh lady no need to lash out at the people who are actually being polite towards you.. as a previous food worker and retail worker I understand that there are a lot of rude customers. But she probably goes home to no one and complains about how people treat her or something online. Who knows all I know is I won’t be coming back and you should stay away from this Taco Bell and take the extra time to go to layton or any of the other ones cause they’re all a better experience and service. and yes this review is petty but I never leave a review unless something so amazing or so bad I have to. Do yourself a favor and just go to the one on Hillfied. This is the 2nd time that we have had a bad experience here. The first time, we ordered a power menu bowl and the rice was so hard from sitting out that we couldnt eat it. We went there again lastnight around 10pm. We both work on base and had a long day. This was the most convenient thing.

We ordered a chicken power menu bowl, grilled cheese burrito, and nacho fries. When we received the bag that looked like it was reused a million times, there was not even one of the fries in the cup, everything was thrown in the bag. To add insult to injury, there were about 10 fries total in there.

The power menu bowl at first glance looked like it contained, cheese, sauce, guacamole and a few pieces of chicken. We went back through the drive thru to address the bowl and ignore everything else. We asked if they were out of rice and the lady on the register said no. We said well there is no rice in there. She was attempting to pull up the receipt so they can correct the error that we brought up. She gave it to someone else and told them we were saying there is no rice in it. Then she came back to the window and said everything that comes on it is there. We could see that they shook the bowl to reveal the "rice" that was in there. We looked at it and said, usually when we purchase the bowl, it looks nothing like this. She shrugged and said "the error was corrected so." That was it!

You can look at the picture and judge for yourself. I didnt eat that mess either because who would want food that looked like that. We went to hillfied so i could get something else to eat.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible! Judging from the the other reviews, the owner or manager of this location does not care because nothing has changed! I promise i will make it my duty to tell everyone that i know on that base to never ever go to that location. GO...

This Christmas Eve at this Taco Bell location was a bust!! The quality control, missing items ordered, and rude personnel was the worst overall experience we have ever had with Taco Bell. Management refused to satisfy their customer when we called in minutes after receiving order, and denied to remake, and, refund due to dissatisfaction, unsat.

Please, somebody provide this location some training on quality control of both food, and service, immediately. And not to allow personnel who take drive thru orders to tender, to both, cash handling and food preperation, that is simply disgusting.

Food had the overall presentation of a preschooler, and none of the food was fresh, or made correctly as requested. The management on duty, personally admitted that the food was the scrapping of the barrel.

The manager on duty, Jessica S., the authority in charge should have known better, then to distribute such poor quality and presentation of food, representing a known fast food chain, it’s awful. This is the first of this location, known on other occasions, as great customer service and quality of food.

Food was not consumed, however food that wasn’t thrown away was photographed to capture this god awful experience.

Waiting on the Taco Bell gods to help us, and help all future customers resolve this...
