My husband and I order pickup from this location OFTEN because we live right around the corner, but tonight was probably the very last time we will be ordering from here. This subway has a drive thru, but you would never know because they almost always have it closed, for seemingly no reason. If there isn't a sign closing it off, you'll pull into the drive thru and never get an answer, they don't even have the headset on. A couple of times I've gotten the excuse that the headset is "charging" but I doubt it. I want to be able to just order pick up and cruise through the drive thru to pick it up. This locations parking lot is notoriously terrible. There's a giant pothole right now that hasn't gotten fixed in 3 years. It's just gotten bigger. So the drive thru COULD be convenient but the people who work here seem more preoccupied with talking in the back. Also if you do order pickup, your sandwiches aren't getting made until after you are already there. I waited 20 minutes and for the app to say "ready for pickup" tonight before driving over, tried going through the drive thru, no one answered, pull up to the window and see 3 employees just standing there. Only one is working on sandwiches at the counter so I park and walk in to ask for my order and the one working the counter tells me he's just now getting started on it. No one was in the store and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for it to be made while the other 2 employees chatted in the back. This happens almost every time I order. I've also had MULTIPLE occasions of them giving my pickup order to someone else and having to remake it?? You ask for extra meat, veggies, or sauce? You'll almost never get it, I think I've gotten my requests honored TWICE in the multiple years we've come here. They are almost always out of ice in their soda machine, I don't think I've ever gotten ice in my drink. So I'm done. Our bread tonight was rock hard and hard to eat. Read moreThis spot has gone downhill, and it's a shame to see it happen. I set up a pickup order at around 5:15pm today, 06/14/24, and set it to be ready at 5:30pm. I know it won't be ready by then because it's a Friday night right after people are getting off work, but it's alright with me because it shouldn't take much longer. I was very wrong. When I walk into this extremely hot (temperature-wise) location, I'm greeted with multiple customers before me, and only one employee on-the-job. Not terrible, but it gets worse. This employee is not up to the standards that should be set for this place, the sandwich work is meh at best, and they aren't even wearing any of the preventative apparel. I'm actually assuming they're an employee because they're behind the counter making the sandwiches. What made it worse is that he prolonged the wait for myself and two others to finish a personal conversation with a customer.. I don't have any malice for the guy, but there are priorities, and when you're the only one on shift, the priority should be to get everyone out of there. While the employee is lacking in skill and not following procedure, my past experiences with this place gives me the impression that management is negligent. If this location isn't franchised, than there are big problems. If it is, than corporate may want to step in to regulate this laugh track. Finally left the location at 5:50pm. Read moreI submitted an order on line an hour and a 1/2 before I wanted to pick up. When I got there my order was not ready and I was informed they had no bread except for wheat. Also there was nothing they can do for me unless I wanted to wait for more bread which would be another 40min. This is not the 1st time this has happened at this particular subway. Maybe they need some that knows how to do inventory and ordering. When ask why I did not get a call about the bread outage or that they were running behind, she advised they are to busy. Mind you there was Not a single guest inside and only one car in the drive through when I got there. How can you conduct business like this. The girl that greeted me could only give me excuses as to why it's not her fault and was not empathetic about not beingableto complete my order. I want my money back as I refused the order, because it was not what I originally wanted. What happened to Subway get it your way?! I will not be visiting this subway again.
