Horrible service with a smile. The workers are friendly but their service is aweful. Went through the drive through. Placed my order with the young lady telling me things are included in the bucket I order that are not. Stumble through the confusion get to the window and it's still wrong. Correct the order and I'm asked to wait out front for my food while they make the fries. Sit there for 5 minutes then have one worker come ask me what I order listed it all off. Am told they are just waiting on the fries.... Ok 5 more minutes and this repeats. Then again with a different person who actually brings my food out. I repeat everything I order again and then get my food. Now after repeating my order 5 times I didn't think they could have messed it up. Well low and behold I get home put away my grocery's, sit the family down to eat and there are no chicken strips. Just the main part of the meal... 30 dollars for some sides... So I drove back to the store. The doors are locked. Ok cool. Covid I get it. I call the number on the board and tell them I didn't get my chicken strips... Well the gentlemen on the phone tells me I need to come through the drive through to get them... Ive already waist time and gas to come all the way back and they can't be bothered to walk my food out to me? Fine I go through the drive through try to explain why I'm frustrated at this point and the guy just says. "Yeah sorry we are just really busy. We are actually more than 2000$ over our expected sales." Is that supposed to make me feel better? They didn't offer anything for my waisted time and money just gave me the chicken strips and I get home with the rest of the food now cold at this point... Oh and paid for a large Mashed potato and it the container wasn't even half full. Guess that's also cause of too many sales. Hope other people's experiences are better. Perhaps I could have tried to reason with them to get the meal replaced but at this point my frustration was to a point where I could not be...
Read moreUpdate: tried again and this time they forgot a sandwich. Tracy agreed to refund our order, but only if we went to the store. Or we could go pick up the missing sandwich. We asked for a refund over the phone, but she said their system doesn't allow her to key in our credit card number (I've never seen a credit card machine that didn't have buttons!!) We reminded he it was a mobile order and asked to have the refund sent the same way. She said she couldn't do that. Food was good, but their system and service still suck.
Food was good, but service was not!! I ordered using the KFC app and had $50 worth of food delivered to our house. Received the chicken tender bucket we ordered, with all the right sides. However, the sauces, honey, butter, plates, napkins, and sporks were missing. Not a big deal except for the sauces. This was my son's choice of birthday dinner & he really wanted the KFC sauce. There was no way to contact anyone through the app. I called the store. The lady's tone was pretty defensive right off the bat. After asking the name on the order, she blamed me, saying I didn't order any and should complain to the delivery service anyway. I explained that I used the KFC app and it shows specific sauces listed on my screen. She looked up the order and said, "Oh, it's on the second page. That's probably why we missed it." (Apparently these things aren't standard with every delivery order?!?) She proceeded to give me multiple reasons why she couldn't do anything about it. Even though they just delivered food to our house, she couldn't have the sauces, etc delivered to my house. She did offer to mail me a voucher for sauces. A voucher saying I can get free items for free? Ummm, no thanks. I tried to be nice about the whole thing, but I'm really, really disappointed with...
Read moreSo we went to KFC in Clearfield, UT and we ordered their 16 piece dinner. We pulled up to the window and she said the total was $45 something. Gave her my card and she said k thanks, pull up front please and we'll have that out in a few minutes. We pulled around front. After 5 minutes, a employee came out and said they want you to go back through the drive thru. We were like, okay.... So we pull back around and the girl said, your charge didn't go through so you need to pay. My husband pulled up our bank account and we had a pending charge for $37.35. We showed her that and she said, well that's not the right amount so we voided it so you need to pay. And I said, no, I need a receipt saying it was voided. She went and got the manager.
So que Bryan Porenta, the general manager, and he said for some reason, it only charged you partial payment. And I said okay, well I have a pending charge for $37.35 so I'll pay the difference but if you can't provide me with a void receipt, I'm not paying an additional full charge. I showed him my bank account and he was very dismissive and said, it will drop off in a few days. I said okay, I would like a receipt. He went through a bunch of receipts and then said, I cannot provide you with a receipt because it didnt go through. He refused to provide me with a void receipt, wouldn't give me my food and I had to threaten to call the police to get him to finally give me a signed business card saying that he would reimburse me the money if it went through. I have never experienced such blatantly rude customer service in all my life, especially over greasy fried chicken. It was all very fishy and I felt like he was trying to bebl shady. All I wanted was a receipt for the voided charge so I didn't get taken...
