Tucked away in a small business center located to the South, almost right by the intersection of Lakeview and Myrtle. There is an oak fire grill on a trailer parked next to the road right in front of the business. You can't miss that good smell! I had the lunch pulled pork special which had a pulled pork sandwich chips and a drink for 10 bucks plus a dollar for a credit card usage. This meat is so good that even though they offer two different kinds of sauces a Carolina and a hickory sauce both of which are fantastic and I'm never been a big fan of Carolina but this is very good. For me I barely put any sauce on the sandwich so that I could taste the great flavor coming through on that meat. The hamburger bun of the sandwich was toasted up nicely. For dessert I tried the peach cobbler which is served in its own mason jar. It has a good overall flavor but it's a little two cinnamony for me. The peaches were definitely fresh though! First, let me say I am big on customer service and small business owners appreciating my support. I walked in was greeted with a warm smile by the owner and told he'd be with me in a minute. Once the other customer was finished I placed an order for pork rib dinner (no beef ), baked beans and collard greens.

My review: the meat had a deep and smokey good flavor (didn't need sauce), however, the sauce was tangy which I love. The baked beans were delicious and the greens were ok.

Two days later I returned & had the same meal except chose macaroni instead of the greens. It was creamy and delicious everything else was the same quality!

I've since referred my brother and anyone else who wants great customer service and food, fair portions and pricing!
