Five Star Pizza — Restaurant in Clearwater

Greetings authentic pizza lovers. I had an spontaneous opportunity to order pizza for lunch today! As I sorted out my mail I came across Five Star Pizza advertising $10 off any pizza order of your choice. I thought wow perfect opportunity to try a new to me pizzeria. Now I'm one that looks for authentic quality and cost effective products for my pleasure and to recommend to others. I went online to locate a menu and then chose my pizzeria location Missouri Avenue. To my surprise, I called instead of ordering online. I chose a more personal approach. I was greeted then asked how can I help you asked a gentle but stern voice. Then I replyed...I would like to order a Everything Pizza please. However... I do not eat meat. The individual attentively listened to me as he repeated back my words that I share with him. Needless to say, I was impressed! He then explained to me that there is meat included in the Everything Specialty Pizza however...I can take the meat out of the order. I replied thank you for accommodating me... please take the pineapples with the meat as well. I was then informed that my piece will be ready from 6 to 12 minutes being that it was made fresh! Now are you excited as I was to receive my masterpiece pizza! The aroma from the different vegetables and flavors was amazing to my nostrils! The portion slice of pizza is above average with a hearty topping of fresh and deliious to the eyes! To taste the dough was soft and firm simultaneously.... It almost melts in your mouth. The vegetables was cooked perfectly! I absolutely recommend this authentic pizza creation from Five Star Pizza. The night before flying back to Colorado, we wanted something quick and easy while packing up and decided to try Five Star Pizza — and we’re so glad we did!

I walked in and placed my order, and the three staff members who helped me were beyond friendly, providing exceptional customer service. In less than 10 minutes, I had a fresh, hot pizza straight from the oven — I literally watched it go in and come out.

The pizza itself was outstanding. My daughter and I absolutely loved it, and what really surprised me was that even my wife — who usually isn’t a big pizza fan — couldn’t stop raving about it. She especially loved the pepperoni. The flavor, quality, and freshness were all top-notch, making it some of the best pizza we’ve had anywhere.

The value was great too. The portions are generous — the small easily fed all three of us, and the large is way bigger than what you’d get from a typical chain like Domino’s or Pizza Hut.

Overall, Five Star Pizza lives up to its name. Great food, friendly staff, fast service, and excellent value. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re...

Five Star Pizza is hands down the best around! From their delicious pizza, to their friendly staff, and all the in between, like offering Diet Dr. Pepper as one of their beverage options, which VERY FEW place carry. I love that they offer delivery with IN HOUSE drivers, rather than having to deal with Uber eats or DoorDash, like a lot of other pizza places have adopted. The prices are fantastic for the product and services you are receiving, which is another hard thing to come by these days. I run a bar nearby a few days a week and I constantly recommend ordering from here to my patrons when they are looking to eat. I’ve tried the other pizza places around and I find that I am most impressed with this place!

PS: I have been running restaurants and bars for over 20 years, including overseeing up to 15 restaurants at a time, so I feel my opinion should count for something! Check this place out if you haven’t yet! You won’t be disappointed!
