Burger King — Restaurant in Clearwater

I came to the Burger King today and I asked for the new bacon whopper melt. The employee thought I just wanted the sandwich which was understandable so I said the meal please. I get to the window pay for my food (no recipe, but I throw them away anyway so no big deal). I open my food and I have a regular bacon whopper, so I go back. I went inside and explained to the employee who I assumed was the supervisor or manager .. he said “oh that’s what we (him and the other employees) were discussing… we didn’t know if you wanted the melt or the regular sandwich. So I thought to myself… we’ll it would have been nice if you would have discussed that with me so then I wouldn’t be back here.. but I kept that to myself. He said I’ll make it, I said ok and I said no onions please… he sounded a little irritated when he replied “I know”… so I let that go. He handed me the bag with my sandwich, and I asked for a small fry. I open the bag once more and there was a melt (not toasted) with no bacon. At this point I threw it all out. I visited this location today as I usually do with no issue. The website says they are open at 5AM I believe but the doors were locked and the worker shook her head no when I walked up. I pointed to my wrist and asked what time they open and she said 7AM. I waited until 7 and when she opened the door she stated I could only sit there for a half hour if I decided to come in. I am a business man with my own company and I come in all the time for coffee and maybe a desert snack and sit for a couple hours and work. This is terrible customer service for a company. The worker was polite and stated that this directive was coming from her regional manager. But regardless this is ridiculous. She stated “you guys aren’t aloud to hang out to long anymore”! First of all who is you guys. As stated I frequent here often but that will change due to my experience today. I can easily go to Starbucks or another coffee shops and sit and work as many often do with no issue and no time limit. This needs to be addressed and handled. I expect a response regarding this situation and it needs to be looked into or I will be calling corporate and...

Highly disappointed with this visit. Ordered an Italian Chicken Sandwich and 2 hamburgers without pickles.

I was 1st in line in the drive-thru, waited a while. Thought that may be a good thing since my foid would be hot and accurate.

Finally got my food and luckily grabbed one of the burgers before leaving the parking lot. Since it had pickles on it. Checked the other burger same. After a long wait for the food they got it wrong. The receipt on the bag even said no pickles. Took it inside to get fixed.

Even getting 2 new hamburgers took a while. Again thinking they would be fresh and hot. Wrong again. Warm at best. What really surprised me was the size of the hamburgers. They are tiny!! When did Burger King reduce the size of their hamburgers to be smaller than a kids meal? And they charge what they do for a basic burger being so small. Shocking.

Italian Chicken Sandwich was also lukewarm at best and cheese wasn't even melted at all. Again makes me wonder what they were doing when I had to wait so long originally for my food.
