This Chipotle is honestly just embarrassing. After multiple times dining in and having the same experience, I’ve decided to write a review. This restaurant is absolutely filthy. I am questioning if the employees even care. Is there a manager? I am not sure if there is anyone running this place. Trash all over, tables are all disgusting, never wiped down. Take a look at the trash can in my pictures, this is located near the dining tables outside. At what point do we think to empty this? Does anyone really want to eat next to this? There was trash all over the ground by the tables. We couldn’t find a decent table to sit at inside or outside. When ordering my burrito bowl, I requested brown rice. The employee looked into the rice bin (it was basically empty) seemed like he wasn’t sure what to do next, but proceeded to scrape any brown rice that he could get out of the bottom. After he placed that in the bowl, he said, he’s sorry and that’s all he has for me. I asked if they were making any more, he said no, that’s all they had. I proceeded with white rice and moved on. Not even 1 min later, a fresh batch of brown rice comes out and is given to the next customer behind me. He doesn’t even offer it or say he made a mistake. Customer service has gone down hill soooo much. Are they even properly trained? Another employee my sister asked her if they had any more veggies coming. She rolled her eyes and went to check. What is with the attitude? We are customers trying to give our money and business to this place. Read moreI have given this chipotle multiple chances but it has not gotten any better. I walked in knowing that I was going to regret my decision coming to this location and I walked out regretting it. The atmosphere feels so uneasy in this chipotle to the point that you actually feel bad for the people that work here, you can tell that in no way shape or form that they enjoy their jobs. The food line is absolutely disgusting splattered with food everywhere which is just unacceptable when it comes to food safety and overall just really gross. The workers rush so quickly to get your order done it doesn't feel like they are giving it enough attention which overall brings down the quality and portion size. Last I checked this was not a Starbucks nor is it "fast food" to the point that the workers are trying to go so fast to appease their manager who was on the register that they end up just throwing stuff everywhere. It's pure chaos and I have witnessed this multiple times at this location. It needs to be said that this is not it. Not only is food safety and cleanliness a big problem at this location but the service and quality is lacking as well. I feel so bad for all the employees that work here except for the manager that in no way shape or form seems like she is a good leader. This needs to be addressed, I thought maybe I was just unlucky every time I come in here but after reading the google reviews it seems like a vast majority of people that come to this location are having the same exact issues. I asked to speak with him and the staff member holding the phone must have been close enough to him that I heard Tyler say he was too busy to talk to me about why every time we order carry out food from this particular Chipotle there is something always wrong. Always. No joke. It’s amazing. All I wanted was to ask him is if he would personally make sure my daughter got her food that they forgot to put in to our to-go bag because it was after 9pm now and she was having to drive back up there to be able to eat something tonight and she is only 17. We live 5 minutes away and have eaten Chipotle countless times but we don’t go to the Countryside store because of all the countless times of mistakes due to lazy training practices. Here is the proof in this very instance. Very sad. This place employs several of my daughters friends over the last several years. In the 30 years of being in the restaurant business my self, I would have never told a customer that I was too busy to talk to him or her. Sad.
