*UPDATE! 2 DAYS LATER : Decided to give this place another shot. Again unsuccessful. I ordered an ICED latte and was handed a hot beverage. I let the woman behind the counter know and showed my receipt only to have her make me a weak iced coffee with the cup literally full of ice straight to the bottom. I then just informed her that I know longer had time to wait as I wasted my whole break and asked for a refund. This location is very bad at getting orders correct. I will no longer be going to this location.
I gave this location 1 star simply because the 1 out of 5 times I come to this location my drink is actually made correctly by someone who applies good customer service.The issue I very frequently run into at this location is inconsistency with the only coffee beverage I routinely get.Taking into consideration that a coffee beverage will not taste exactly the same every time,unless you are going to a business that might advise their staff to apply some sort of measurement to their products to ensure their customers are getting consistency when they choose this location.Making a Customer complaint at this location to correct your order sounds like a good idea until your response is relished in attitude & you may even get a sigh from an employee who in turn asks YOU what YOU want them to do about the situation,if that employee doesn't first lie to you through the window stating the drink you ordered that clearly came as caramel is in fact the mocha drink you asked for making you feel as though you are wrong,& your experience then becomes discomforting.Therefore half the time I just ask for a refund or avoid this location which in turn is rather inconvenient for their customers to have to choose a different location out of their way because the staff cant be consistent with their beverages.This morning for instance,I went to get a latte.The employee at the speaker repeated my order ensuring it was correct.Get to the window to be asked what I had ordered for a 2nd time & then handed a macchiato.When I told the staff my drink was not shaken and didn't look like it normally did with chocolate syrup added she then asked me if I had ordered the macchiato.When I replied no and told them for a 3rd time what I had ordered,she took my drink and in literally 3 seconds or less was back with the same cup with the same beverage with some chocolate syrup added.(I seen the whole "correction" through the window)I then just left as the customer service and the beverage were both equally terrible.There is no way you can remake a beverage in 3 seconds and expect your customer to believe it is correct when they watched you "correct" it. -Very...
Read moreI go there there every morning . and today I ordered a sandwich and the lady who they have making the food obviously doesn't know what she was doing .. Biting into my sandwich was like biting into rubber... They sell this stuff to customers what a shame... If they wouldn't eat it like that why undercook it and serve it. Not only that . I went back got my sandwich made over again and one of the employees with attitude made a smart remark after telling me to have a good day. Called the manager who is also just as unprofessional as her employees and would be talking to someone else when she answered the phone and didn't make it any better . on top of that when i was in drive thru waiting on my order they gave me my iced coffee and i asked the guy at the window if he could put more sugar and cream and told me he couldnt take my drink once he gives it to me???? Lol . i thought the job was to satisfy customers ... How can you tell me you cant put more sugar and cream into something i just paid for. out of all the dunkins I been to this one is by far the worse! They all must hate their job and life with the frown on their faces and attitude they have .. Like they have a stick up their a** lol . never going back . Read moreMy point of contention with this location is that you have something available on your menu yet you do not have it available in the store. You are Dunkin Donuts! How do you run out of donuts? I was just at this location yesterday, and you had lemon filled donuts. I go to the same location today and the manager on duty doesn't even know that they had the lemon filled donut available the day before. The staff literally has to tell him that they had it in the store the day before. Then, I ask for a dozen mixed with 3 lemon filled donuts, and what do you think they said? "We don't have anymore lemon filled donuts." I didn't even bother to spend my money with them at this point. But this is not their only problem. The staff here has a terrible attitude. They act as if someone forced them into this job. You chose to work here. If you do not like your job, please quit already. Then maybe the store can get a better staff with a better attitude. If you arrive at this location around 9 p.m., and you want a frozen beverage you cannot get it because they have taken the machine apart even though the location is open for another hour.
