Purchased a $30 backwoods battery 13 days ago. Iāve used it a few times and carried it in my purse and the heater coil started falling away from the base after about seven days. I tried to plug it back into the base, but it continued to fall out. So four days later I stopped in the shop. They would not honor an exchange or a refund stating they had no idea what I did to it, I couldāve sat on it, Or anything couldāve happened to it in my purse which which is not a large purse. I just expected a $30 battery to be of a higher quality, and was really surprised that the store didnāt back the products it selling. Iāve had many batteries most of them, ooze batteries, and have never experienced this. Really disappointed. Will search for other stores to buy my products at and cross backwoods...
