Purchased a $30 backwoods battery 13 days ago. I’ve used it a few times and carried it in my purse and the heater coil started falling away from the base after about seven days. I tried to plug it back into the base, but it continued to fall out. So four days later I stopped in the shop. They would not honor an exchange or a refund stating they had no idea what I did to it, I could’ve sat on it, Or anything could’ve happened to it in my purse which which is not a large purse. I just expected a $30 battery to be of a higher quality, and was really surprised that the store didn’t back the products it selling. I’ve had many batteries most of them, ooze batteries, and have never experienced this. Really disappointed. Will search for other stores to buy my products at and cross backwoods...

There are so many syrups to choose from and endless combos to try.

Personally, I'm not one for kratom so I usually get a vanilla toasted marshmallow kava but if you want something sweeter that hides the "kava-taste," I suggest the cookies&cream or thai-tea kava frappes/freezy.

This business knowingly sold my partner a counterfeit product, which constitutes a violation of federal trademark law. The employee explicitly admitted that other customers had tried to return the same fake items and, despite this, sold the product to my partner even when asked at the time of purchase if it was authentic. When my partner attempted to return it, staff initially resisted issuing a refund, requiring persistent effort before it was finally processed. What a waste of time.
