The line was long but they got orders out fairly quickly, I was impressed... The reason for the 3 stars is because it seems the reason for the speed is awful customer service. The person taking orders was upset, rushing and talking over us. Then at the window we got our blizzards and they were not mixed (on purpose to "punish" us, watch your cameras a little after 8pm, we can see and hear you through the window) and so she put a literal sprinkle of the mix on top and just started mixing it with a plastic spoon so that a few (literally 3) pieces were all that was in my daughter's entire blizzard until the last INCH (it was a large). Watch your employees, train them better, do something because that was disgusting and disrespectful behavior. Who thinks like this? Nasty people with hate as their moral compass. I get it, you're working on a busy Friday night with a high school football game across the street... But it was only 8:00. I can't imagine what happened as the...

Ordered a custom cake, came to pick it up and it’s all wrong 😭 we wanted all chocolate ice cream with vanilla whip cream icing!! I order this cake every year for my daughters birthday so I know it can be done! Looks like they pulled a basic cake out of the cooler and wrote on it for us😔 I let them know when we picked it up but they said it’s just what we wanted 🤷‍♀️ Unfortunately there is no time to fix it😭 party is today! What’s the point of custom ordering if they don’t care to customize, and don’t think it’s a problem When it’s wrong!?!

Wow and after reading these reviews 😵 Custom cakes are just not y’all thing! Horrible and sad because people plan this out and it’s for special occasions 😔

I want to thank the owners for stepping In and really trying to make this right! We do appreciate it! ❤️ We love Dairy Queen cakes and definitely want to order again!! I understand things happen, but making it good in the end is what you want when spending your money!...

the only reason i gave as high of the 3 star was cause of the manager Andrea( i believe is her name) came in on thursday to order a cake for my sons birthday on Saturday. i ask if they had time to make i was told yes! It took 3 people to figure what they needed to do to take my order and i even felt it was going to mess up. chocolate icecream cake with m&ms....... gave all my information and i actually had to ask them if they wanted to know what kind of cake i was going to order. paid for the cake and left.

came in today to pick it up and they never gave the cake to the cake manager so the cake was not made! i was not happy cause i had a feeling after dealing with the employees when i ordered. the Manager i talked today was very apologetic and did everything to make it right. I didnt get the cake my son wanted but he was happy with the one he got!
