Because we all work very hard for our money and because weâre all spending a minimum of five dollars on a coffee I am going to post every single time They are rude and get my $5.08 coffee order wrong. It is not that hard. I literally spend a minimum of $5.08 every single day - and today for example I spent $10.20 And they canât get my coffee order right more than 50% of the time and then when I say itâs wrong, they treat me rude. Like I am the one who has done something wrong. You might be tempted to say âwhy continue to go to Starbucksâ? That is a good question or the other question might be âwhy continue to go to THIS Starbucksâ (blaming the victim doesnât make a lot of sense but even I am tempted to ask these questions) so my answer is it is the most convenient location for me and I canât figure out why spending a minimum of five dollars on a coffee, wouldnât be reason enough to get the coffee order right.
Update on this store. I have literally called headquarters to complain, but because itâs inside Target Starbucks doesnât care. the staff here, I believe are literally trained to be as rude as they can possibly be too customers who are paying six dollars for a cup of coffee. at my regular Starbucks, where I get a coffee and breakfast sandwich every single day they are kind and lovely and know me by name. While the staff at this place also know my name, they are as rude as they could possibly be every single time. STAY AWAY. MANAGEMENT STINKS.
RUDE RUDE RUDE. LITERALLY TOOK 15 minutes to get a standard iced coffee âsheâs working on itâ as drink after drink after drink of people BEHIND me was made. I would not recommend...
Read moreThis place is okay. The cashier was really rude (he had glasses and a beret). I am a avid matcha drinker so I like to order a water with some matcha scoops in it (Starbucks matcha is delicious). At first I was being charged 86¢ which seemed super low so I got the drink more and more. After awhile the manager informed me they actually need to charge $2.95. This was fine with me! I had thought something was weird the whole time, but since I still love my matcha drink I would still get it every time. Now they have a new manager or something because they informed me the drink is now almost $5. Apparently this concoction became very popular due to some blog posts and YouTube videos since it was under $1. Starbucks employees online and more were calling people who ordered this âscammersâ. I ordered this years before it became popular and now Iâm paying the price for my favorite drink! I barely go to Starbucks anymore because it went from being affordable to breaking the bank. Very disappointed at the smirk I got last time I ordered it when the guy gave...
Read moreThis is a busy Starbucks, and seating is very limited! While the layout is ok, given the long, narrow shape of the unit, there's just not much open space for seating here. Outside, they have lots of tables and chairs, but this is Florida... those are useless for at least 6 months of the year. This location is the most-mutually-convenient Starbucks for meeting a friend for coffee-time. I've actually searched for alternate coffee shops nearby but have found none... as we both work in the hospitality industry, we hate to take up space at a full-service restaurant for just coffee. So we meet here & stalk the one table not against the west-facing windows (again, this is Florida - a girl can go blind from that late afternoon sun). Also, they only have one bathroom, but its large & clean, and usually fully stocked.
Beverages are always good and the service is decent. Sometimes I have a pastry or bread, and am never disappointed. They also carry a selection of other snacks, as well...
