Ordered a Chipotle chicken tex mex bowl online. Picked it up. No salad. Went back got the salad get home open the box its corn about a tablespoon of shredded lettuce . This dish normally has field greens, black beans. Corn pico, Avacado, cheese chicken. I ask for the manager to get a refund. As soon as Gracie the mgr walked up she says whats the problem. I'm already not happy two trips here still no food. But Gracie has the attitude? She proceeds to tell me she has no control over whats online? I give a lovely... what she controls I simply asked for a refund. Gracie the so called mgr is clearly not a happy camper. I don't know who disappointed Gracie today but she is nit management material. She made matters worse. Not better worse. She added insult to injury. I literally had to RAISE MY VOICE to tell her just give me the refund. This heffer said get out ha I will not leave without my refund. I will sit at the bar and wait for you to decide your finished being angry abd peocess my refund. Which i did as I called corporate. Is this part of Brinker expectation for the customer experience? Lets see...you were wrong Gracie. I'll blame the customer. Get nasty with her then try to kick her out. Not today Garcie. She took her sweet time then came out reached across me from behind and slammed the print out on the bar and walked away. Showing her delightful management skills. The young man who brought the order to the car was apologetic. The young man Dustin behind the bar showed empathy apologized for my experience. The two of them clearly understand they represent BRINKER when they're employed at Chillis. The MANAGER COULD LEARN FROM THEM BOTH. I contacted corporate. The GM Angie will be in today at 3pm. I called at 2:50 to set a time to speak with Angie. She's in a meeting. I left my number, asked that she return my call for a face to face discussion I will meet her there to discuss the mistreatment i received from Gracie. I guarantee I will not ever allow Gracie or any Chillis employee talk to me in that manner. Gracie owes me an apology. No matter what type of day you're having Gracie. SHOW some GRACE. PERIOD. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
The GM Angie got off her call. She came nd spoke with me. She listened attentively. I gave her the employees names so she can speak to all parties and go from there. Thank goodness ! Come to find out Gracie really is not the manager. (smh) I wonder why she'd say she was the mgr,
The GM apologized not only offered, but insisted I allow her the opportunity make it right. That's customer service....
Read moreHORRIBLE! I try not to complain, but this is the 3rd out of 3 times going to this Chili's location and something has gone wrong every time. The first time, the customer service was horrible from the hostest. The server was great but the hostest is another story. My family and I walked in, told him 3 in our party and we requested a booth, this kid literally sighed in frustration out loud, putting his head down into his arms say "I guess I could find something. Seriously!?!
The second time I ordered carry out, food came relatively quick. Drove home, to find out they forgot more then half the order. I drove back to find the rest of my families order and it was never cooked.
This last time and this will be the last time I waste my money there! Again ordered carryout. Was supposed to be ready at 7pm. I arrived at 7:02pm, texted I was there. I was told the kitchen was just finishing it up. 30minutes goes by before anything comes out. I watched roughly 10 other carryout orders come and go at this point. Finally I get my food. Get it home to find out how cold and what I believe to be spoiled food! This is horrible service on top of piss poor quality food. Save your money and try another location or just...
Read moreI called on Thursday to 'reserve' tables for a big group on Friday at 6:30 pm and spoke to Jarod. Not only was it my birthday, it was my daughters SWEET 16. Of course I was told they do not reserve but to call around 5 to basically get in line to have tables at 6:30. I called at 4:30. Some of the party got there around 6:15. By the time we got there everyone was there and waiting. And the card readers weren't working so some of us went to the ATM first. Around 7:30, when my brother in law, being the 4th one to say something, went to talk to the rude hostesses and the manager, the manager said in so many words, they were waiting until business slowed down. We had seen where they had some tables open and I was told we were waiting on two more to clear that had just been seated. But then people would come in and they would seat them at OUR empty tables. We had waited long enough and honestly, it was ridiculous. We understand that you're a small restaurant, but you lost a lot of money that night. And your staff needs to be a little more courteous and honest. Had they said we're going to make you wait until 9 pm, we would have...
