McDonald's — Restaurant in Clemmons

I recently went to this location at 12:50 A.M., when they were supposed to close at 1:00 A.M. Knowing that they closed soon, we decided to stop by for a quick drink as to not cause too much trouble right before close. I ordered a Sprite and a water, but the water was rung up as a bottle instead of a cup. When I expressed that I would rather have it in a cup, the worker on the speaker proceeded to say “Well they’re the exact same price,” with an extremely rude tone. I did not want the cup because I thought it was free, I wanted it in a cup as compared to a bottle. We then pulled up to the window and could very blatantly hear both the window operator and other workers talking badly about it, saying that they “don’t get it,” and are going to “start telling people they don’t have it.” Not once were we greeted, they just continued to be rude and complain about the cup of water. This is unacceptable behavior and customer service, especially for something so small. I work in the industry as well, and as part of management, I would never allow my coworkers to openly treat any customer this way. I highly suggest to not go to this location if you are looking for a fast place with basic customer service. I will not be returning to...

Every time i go through the drive through here my order has been messed up. It doesnt matter the time, in the morning or late night. One night I went through at around 10:30 waited for almost 10 minutes for somebody to come to the window, i was the only car there, i watched through the window as the employees horsed around and goofed off as I waited. Another instance i was on my way to work and decided to stop for a sausage egg and cheese Mc'Muffin and a hashbrown, they were not incredibly busy, i drove off to find in my bag a plain sausage biscuit and no hashbrown. A few nights ago my fiance and I went through once again no other cars, got our food got home to discover we were missing burgers and our fries were cold and stale. To make this worse our food was handed to us by the manager of all people! And these are the people that want 15 dollars an hour? Went to Burger King on lewisville clemmons tonight, my order was perfect, fries were hot and my burger looked like it does in the picture very well assembled. This Mc'Donalds has lost my business forever. The have no concern or care for their customers, you know the people that way their paychecks? I can see why after my last few experiences why they...

I wasn’t expecting some fine dining experience but was at least hoping to get back on the road quickly. We placed our order on the touch screen option and waited for 20 minutes before being served our food. People coming in after us getting their food. I asked the girl behind the counter and she had a smart remark about the kitchen running. Once our food was ready the girl behind the counter, once my back was turned, decided to pretend like she was hitting me and jumping at me, not knowing my mom and fiancé were watching. the Food was wrong, blamed my fiancé for putting his order in the way he wanted it for the sandwich being wrong, they left off food and the food wasn’t hot. The manager put off refunding the money and put it off until finally after she finishes refunding the money, the girls mom decides to show up trying to get into our car and fight. Im not saying this is high quality dining but I assumed they were classier than this. The girls mom also had whoever was driving the car to block our car in and almost hit our car by trying to continue to block us in. Trashy....
