Met a terrible date here, she was lackluster and boring. The store was great tho.
4.5/5 Stars: A Fresh and Delicious Experience - Panera Bread Review
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Panera Bread, and I'm excited to share my detailed review of this popular bakery-cafe chain.
Ambiance: 4.5/5
The moment I walked into Panera Bread, I was greeted by the warm and inviting aroma of freshly baked bread. The modern and sleek decor created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a casual breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The only minor drawback was the somewhat limited seating area, which can become crowded during peak hours.
Service: 4.5/5
The service at Panera Bread was generally excellent, with friendly and attentive staff members taking orders and delivering food promptly. However, I did experience a slight delay in receiving my order, which was likely due to the high volume of customers during lunch hour.
Food: 4.5/5
The food at Panera Bread was fresh, delicious, and expertly prepared. I opted for the Turkey Club sandwich on whole grain bread, which was generously filled with sliced turkey, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. The sandwich was served with a side of crispy potato chips and a fresh pickle spear. I also appreciated the variety of healthy options on the menu, including salads, soups, and vegetarian sandwiches.
Unique Features: 4.5/5
Panera Bread offers several unique features that set it apart from other bakery-cafes. The restaurant's commitment to using only clean ingredients and avoiding artificial preservatives, sweeteners, and flavors is truly admirable. Additionally, the Panera Bread app allows customers to order and pay online, making it easy to grab a quick bite on the go.
Value: 4.5/5
Considering the high quality of the food and the generous portion sizes, I felt that Panera Bread offered excellent value for the price. The prices were slightly higher than those at other fast-casual restaurants, but the freshness and quality of the ingredients made it well worth the extra cost.
Overall Experience: 4.5/5
In conclusion, my dining experience at Panera Bread was fresh, delicious, and enjoyable. With its welcoming ambiance, excellent service, and high-quality food, this bakery-cafe chain is an excellent choice for a quick and satisfying meal.
Recommendation: Be sure to try Panera Bread's seasonal menu items, which feature fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Also, don't miss the opportunity to join Panera Bread's loyalty program, which offers rewards and discounts to...
Read moreI'm sorry to leave a bad review, Panera. If you still even remember that name. But I'm afraid i have been given the wrong items once again. Future customers are not here to receive their food. Nor, will you ever get the right food you assumed you would get. Although, you have indeed placed your order and waited for nothing. My experience in this Panera was like a labyrinth of sounds and smells, misdirection and misfortune. A labyrinth with no exit, a maze with no prize. You don't even realize that you are trapped. Your lust of food will drive you in endless circles. Chasing the food you ordered 20 minutes ago in some unseen chamber. Always seeming so near, yet somehow out of reach. But, you will never find your food that you order, none of you will. This is NOT where this story ends. And to you, the brave future customers. Who somehow found this establishment not intended for you. Although, there was food here for you, I have a feeling that's not what you will get. I have a feeling that you are never going to get the food you ordered. This place will not be remembered. And the memory of everything that started this. Can finally begin to fade away. As the agony of every tragedy should. And to the Employee trapped in the corridors doing the dishes. Be still, and give up the plates. They don't belong to you. For most of you, I believe there is peace and perhaps, warm food. Waiting for you after the smoke clears. Although, for one of you. The darkest pit of Hell has opened to swallow you whole. So, don't keep the Devil waiting. Future customers, if you can hear me. I knew you would not get what you ordered as well. It's in their nature to mess up the innocent orders that were placed. I'm sorry that on that day. The day you were ignored and left to starve. No one was there to correct your order. The way other establishments would. And then, what became of you? I should have known, you wouldn't be able to full fill my order. Not this Panera. I couldn't get my order then, so let me save the future customers now. It's time to rest, for you, and for those you have wronged in your arms Panera employees. This ends. For all of us. End...
Read moreIf getting orders correct 50% of the time is the threshold for excellence, then Panera Bread in Clemmons put on a virtuoso performance today.
Nine of my colleagues and I ordered for rapid pickup. Things were going great until one of us tried to pick up the order. One of the orders was missing. When my colleague asked about it, a Panera employee rudely stated “you need to get me a confirmation number!”. The discourteous tone was totally improper. A flurry of texts ensued to get the number. Once obtained and provided to the Panera employee, the order magically appeared on the screen—it was in their system the whole time! Ok. Computer glitch. Maybe. It happens.
But when the food arrived at work and we dove eagerly into our bags, we discovered more errors.
one side order was incorrect A topping was missing from mac n cheese Greens were missing from a sandwich One sandwich was completely missing. One person had ordered a sandwich for himself and one for another coworker, but only one sandwich was in the bag. The ticket had both sandwiches on it.
This is not the first time this has happened. If this particular store was not a part of a major chain with its deep pockets and loyal following, they would have gone out of business long ago.
I will give credit where credit is due: their food can be quite delicious. I loved my smoked turkey and havarti sandwich. The taste of the food is 4 star worthy. But rude customer service? And 5/10 orders incorrect? That’s one star worthy.
Ironically, at the bottom of the receipt, Panera states “Accuracy...
