Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Clermont

I came to this restaurant expecting to eat and not eat at a separate time than my boyfriend. I was sadly mistaken to expect this. I ordered the Parmesan garlic wings basket; my boyfriend ordered a cheese burger. Nothing very difficult or abnormal to order here. Originally the food was brought out at the same time. The server who brought the food out (not the waitress I ordered from) asked me if I ordered Spicy Garlic wings…I told her I hadn’t. Instead of offering to let me just keep my fries and side while they fixed the mix up, they took the whole meal that belonged to me and left my boyfriend his. We then proceeded to wait 40 minutes for them to fix their mistake. My boyfriend had his dinner while I waited on my food. The waitress then brought the food to toe table…but now without fries. I then to wait another 20 minutes before the fries even came out. One hour for wing basket is absolutely ludicrous. The restaurant maybe had 5 tables total, so being “busy” is not an excuse. If this is what it is like during a slow time, I would hate to see busy. Nothing was offered to fix or remedy the issues; I got about 6 halfhearted “sorry”s from their wait staff. I normally like Beef O Brady‘s, but this whole experience has soured my and my boyfriend’s like of this franchise. If you actually want a meal with your family as a group, don’t bother...

I went to Beef O Brady's on Highway 50 in Clermont, Florida on 4/25/2025 @ 4:30 PM. The lady who waited on me was very pleasant and helpful, as I decided what to order. She told me the Ribeye Steak Sandwich was really good. I ordered the sandwich for take-out. I took it home to eat it. The steak had so much gristle and fat in it, I could hardly take one bite that I didn't have to take most of it back out of my mouth because of all the fat and gristle. It was terrible. The sandwich itself, cost $15.99. I gave them a 20% tip. That terrible sandwich cost me $20.31, and I couldn't even eat most of it. I called Beef O Brady's and asked to talk with the manager. I explained to her what my sandwich was like, and that I wanted her to know about it. She did not apologize, or offer any compensation for it. After she asked me several questions, she just said, "Thank you." That was the end of the conversation. I waited 24 hours to give her a chance to do something about it. I never heard a word from her. Quite and nothing to flashy. Sports bar with variety of banners. Welcoming members of staff were approachable and easy to get along with. Entered with a nice cooler atmosphere than outside. Didn't have to wait long, soon as we entered we was given the option of booth or table. Same applied to the food, didn't wait no more than 10 minutes if that.

Appearance was basic top with logo insignia, but the main waiter didn't have a logo or name tag.

Waiter, was was originally given brandy, then another taken over called Marlene, she was a lovely lady, helpful and polite.

Friendliness overall was fantastic and was entertained listening to the chefs sense of humour singing.

Cleanliness was brilliant, cutlery/utensils were packaged

Consistency was great, came second time, brought a refill, didn't even have to request this.

Food was outstanding, and the amount of flavour in the burger made every bite worthwhile. Truly made my day coming here for...
