Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Clermont

Review for Napoli's Pizzeria. I've wanted to eat here since moving to Groveland. Went inside and sat down. Tables were a bit sticky but I could overlook that. Nice atmosphere and the food smelled great. Ordered our drinks and food along with an appetizer... that's when the great horror happened. Drinks tasted like dish detergent and glass was greasy (like it had been freshly washed out quickly to put a drink in, in cold water and they forgot to rinse the soap out). We decided to not ask for new drinks but eat without a drink. The appetizer came out (fried ravioli) and the blonde waitress sat it on the table went back to grab us a couple of saucers to eat them on and silverware, as soon as she sat the saucer in front of me I noticed the dim light caught residue in my plate so I picked it up and rubbed the eating surface only to discover there was old food and grease on my dish. I quickly told my date the plates were dirty and he began inspecting his then. We flipped them over and the underside of the saucers were filthy with caked on old food residue and cold grease. I honestly think these people don't even wash dishes here. I think they quickly rinse them out or wipe them off quickly. It's plain to see there is no pride in their work or work ethics here. This is by far the nastiest place I have ever had the displeasure of visiting for dining. Needless to say... No, we didn't eat there, so I can't review the food or menu.... as we canceled our order at that point and left to find a clean place to eat. Thank God there was a Tijuana Flats just up the road...

If I can give a negative star, I will. Ordered online for delivery added my address (newly constructed house) and she couldn't find my address using Dominos app. At this day in age google maps and wayz brought all my food and other deliveries using amazon, ebay, doordash and grubhub no problem. Girl, whoever you are and where ever you learn anything at all, please use all the technologies we have today... don't settle with just one app (dominos app)... apparently the app you're using needs an update or something. And for Dominos manager in Citrus Tower, you need to teach your delivery people to use alternative methods of finding people's addresses and teach them how to address customer appropriate. I was the one who ordered something I PAID FOR and not able to get the food because of some incompetence.... This is the worst place to order pizza delivery... this girl mind as well stay behind the counter..... so much for contactless delivery if you cannot...

Dina and her team are a true example of going above and beyond for their customers. My wife (pregnant about to give birth in 2 weeks or at anytime) and I call the Groveland location and ask if they can deliver to our house, which by the way is closer than this location and the girl who answered said they cant deliver to our house. Honestly didnt even try to help us. Called this location, Dina and her team tell us that technically they cant deliver to our location and the Groveland should be able to and what did they do......Dina and team said they were going to deliver our pizzas just this 1 time. Even if its this 1 and only time they went above and beyomd and treated their customers like celebrities. Thank you guys and trust me the delivery driver will be...
