We won’t be coming here anymore. I’ve lived in Clermont 8+ years and frequented this Dunkin on many occasions. They are not what they used to be. In the past you could expect respectful employees who understood they are managing food that other people will consume. They were kind, understanding and polite. In the last year, it seems they have really lost their pride in standards and quality. I’ve tried going here few times in the past months and it’s safe to say enough is enough.
They had us yelling through the drive through because they couldn’t hear us. Then we asked them to confirm our order since we couldn’t hear one another. We were ignored by both the guy & lady employee. The guy employee couldn’t hear us nor could we hear him - his head set was broken! Yet he claimed we were not speaking loud enough. We took a second look at both of them and realized they both had AirPods in the ears. No wonder they couldn’t hear us. I had to shout for anyone to hear me. They messed up the order and had to charge us twice instead of at once. If they were super busy then fine I could understand but no one else was in the drive through for them to treat us like that. The inside was empty too (we checked). What is the excuse for such poor treatment?!? No apologies or courtesy to us but made us feel like we’re a bother or a problem asking them to repeat the order back.
Lastly we receive our food three frozen coffees which are watered down and barely taste like anything. If I’m going to spend almost $50 which is practically sit down we should at least be treated like people. Instead there are employees who dont care or have any pride in what they are doing. Beyond dissatisfied, and will not be going here anymore. I much rather drive 15 minutes up the road to the other Dunkin’ where they make us feel welcomed and respect...
Read moreDrove 30 minutes to this Dunkin since it’s was for some reason the only one within clermont, winter garden, ocoee that had everything bagels and I ordered an everything bagel they gave me a plain bagel which if I wanted a plain bagel I would’ve gone somewhere closer to my house rather than waste my gas. I didn’t realize till I was halfway back home that it was wrong and I called the store 4 times to just get a refund and none of those times was my call answered so I had to drive back there which took me another 15-20 min out of the way and they refused to refund me and remake it even though they got my order wrong and I had to waste my gas. I figured since I wasted so much time on these people they’d have the decency to refund me and just remake it. Will never be coming back to this Dunkin awful service.
Quick edit: I drove home off again after getting my order remade just to realize they gave me an everything bagel with cream cheese instead of the bacon egg and cheese like I’d asked. They got my order wrong twice and still refuse to refund me
The employees working said they didn’t have the authority to refund me without their manager there which is understandable and I don’t blame them for not being able to refund me but at this point whoever manages this Dunkin if there will be times where there is no manager there needs to be changes made to give your employees the ability to make these refunds so that things like this don’t happen in the future. Read moreCame though the DT this morning ordered lg ice coffee 6 donuts( they had no filled donuts at 630am so I got all glazed but w.e) and a md Carmel coolatta. They repeated my order. I pulled up and they handed me a strawberry coolatta. I said it’s supposed to be a carmel coffee coolatta. She said they renamed it it’s now a carmel frozen coffee when you order it. I said ok but you repeated my order so how did I get a strawberry when you repeated Carmel coolatta. I asked can you just give me the ice coffee and the donuts then as I’m not a fan of the strawberry coolatta. I was told well I already charged your card so you want this ( meaning the strawberry coolatta) or I can make you a Carmel frozen coffee, but it will be a little bit of a wait tho cause they only have 2 people. I said no to her making the Carmel because I had already waited in a line in the dt, and expected my drink I ordered especially when the order is repeated back with no issue or correction. I left with a drink that I paid for that I didn’t want and couldn’t drink. Crew member didn’t apologize, was cold and was lacking Customer service. The ice coffee was on point and my husband really enjoyed his drink. I guess I will be doing a Starbucks run later for me.
