I will start out by saying that I would've awarded NO STARS but one was the lowest allowed to give a review. Beware everyone that chooses to go to this location!! DO NOT LET SHIRLEY TOUCH YOUR HAIR! We walked in there yesterday evening for a quick trim for back to school and she made a complete mess of my daughters hair. Her hair is now uneven at the ends and her bangs are lopsided. Shirley complained from the beginning, complained that my daughters hair was too tangled after washing, complained about having to blow dry her hair and told her that if she wanted all this work done we should've made an earlier appt. My daughter told her she wanted a couple inches off, just a trim as she likes her hair long. Shirley was so frazzled by the tangles that she combed them down as much as she could and instead of working through them she just cut them off!! Completely disregarding the fact that my daughter wanted to keep her hair long. When she was done my daughter excused herself and went off to the bathroom where I found her crying her eyes out! It really was bad, it looked awful!! I will now need to find someone to fix the mess Shirley made and will definitely not be returning to this location. I don't even understand how she works as a hairstylist, she is not qualified and should not be near...

I went in for a cut and highlights. no one could do the bob cut. and I was not impressed with the the highlights And low lights. so we agreed for me to come back in and get more blonde highlights put in and a cut. again no one was there that could do the cut. and more importantly she told me and other stylist she was putting more blonde highlights in mean while she was using lightener and then toner on top of it. so I'm back to patchy large grey highlights on my auburn hair the very reason I went in there to cover up greys. I am not impressed. she kept having to ask advice "how long do I leave the toner in" ...after it had been too long... very concerning why does she have a license? I want my original hair back and money back! my hair feels horrible like it's going...

The lady cut off WAY too much hair and didn’t know what she was doing. Even though she knew my hair was very very thick she still tried cutting it the same exact way she would cut a persons hair who had thin hair. I wanted a short pixie like cut, but since I have extremely thick hair she should’ve cut it like a stack but she didn’t, she cut it the same exact way she’d cut a normal thin hair pixie and my hair was sticking up all over the place, THEN to slick it down she put HAND LOTION in my hair.
