I frequent this Subway and I have always proudly said it's one of the best ones Ive been to. Tonight was shocking and I believe if these two people are kept as employees this Subway will lose alot of business. Walking in I am not shocked to not hear "welcome to subway". Lets face it, it's not high on my list for great customer service. What I do expect is to not hear an employee (Matthew) proclaim very loud "I hate this place!" Just because a family of 5 walked in behind me. It only got worse..... As I ordered my sub Matthew rolled his eyes at everything I asked for. I then asked to add peperoni and he laughed in my face, rolled his eyes, then proceded to throw a few slices on. Everything I asked for, mind you- a fairly easy order, was like pulling teeth. He threw my sandwich in the oven, and I wish I was exaggerating, im shocked it came out in one piece. Never once did I get any small talk, not even a hello. I ate my sub and afterwards I needed to get 2 more that I was taking home to my family. Deseree took my order this time, not as bad as Matthew but she made me feel like every word I said was excruciating to her ears. Matthew finished up my sub and ignored what I asked him (double tomato normal onion) he put two huge fist fulls of onion which I asked him polietly to remove and leave a normal amount (queue eye roll and head shaking). When it came to the tomatos....he didnt put double and when I asked for more he put one slice and wrapped my sandwich up without allowing me to ask for the sauce which I asked him to unwrap to add. I presented a coupon, he ripped it out of my hand. No goodbye, have a goodnight, or see ya. This is just my experience, the families who came and went after me got the same treatment. It's disgusting that the manager sat in the back the whole time and allowed this to happen. I didnt even know there was a manager on duty until I was walking out the door. Needless to say I have never recieved such bad service anywhere, not just Subway. I really hope something is done about these employees, specifically Matthew who trash talks the company he works for in front of customers. I am very passive so I didn't complain or make a big fuss....but not everyone is like me, I fear there will be blow...
Read moreI have never had any issues at this subway. The employees are always nice, helpful and polite. The manager Michael is awesome in the few years I have been coming to this location I've seen him as the night crew then crew trainer and then now he is the manager as he moved up the speed, accuracy and overall moral has gone up tremendously. My subs and wraps always look like the pictures and always taste fresh and are not those awkward wraps they make at publix that fall apart and are super messy. I have made this location my go to lunch spot as they provide much better service than a lot of the other places you can get subs or wraps. Good job Michael and good job subway! I was told by Lynah, An employee of subway that I can’t place an online order using the Subway app. Lynah said I can only make an online order using doordash etc. After I placed the online order using the Subway app. Myah whom is also a Subway employee had an attitude with my wife after my wife explained to Myah how her sandwich should be prepared. After my wife told Myah that my sandwich was missing cheese, Myah again had a terrible attitude and threw the sandwich in the bag. I asked Lynah for a receipt and she said they don’t give receipts. I find it very strange for the store to not provide a receipt of purchase. I will be contacting the manager...
