I worked at this Tacobell from May 19th, 2023-March 12th, 2024 and it was the worst experience of my life. I suffered a decline in my mental health, had money troubles, and had to deal with unfriendly staff on top of the regular restaurant problems. To start the job was unprofessional. There was always something broken, the place was a constant mess, and strange smells all over. The GM refused to hire enough members to fill each station so I would be cashiering, hosting, at the window, and cleaning. It was ridiculous, some shifts were not even scheduled with eight hours in between! The staff does not go by the books at all and it makes it hard to get a job properly done. Management would even get the staff to look out for inspections. When we would have someone from corp come they would have the person's name, car color, and model, and what time they would be at the store so we could have our P's and Q's set for their arrival. As soon as we passed our inspection they didn't care what we did though. I also have ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and two autoimmune diseases (Chrons + Mastocytic Colitis) and the staff refused to accommodate me. They would not even give me the proper paperwork so I could get my reasonable accommodations and take leaves of absence when I had flare-ups. The staff even had the gall to question if I had ASD. I have never had so much trouble getting that paperwork before. I even had to find the HR contact information online to email them to get a phone call. Sadly it still never resolved the problem. It was so bad that I walked out on March 12 because of a flare-up/burnout, it was literally my last straw. The GM had three staff members (myself included) running the whole restaurant and on top of that I had a flare-up and a burnout, but she felt that that was okay. I quit that evening on March 12 and by March 13th I was already kicked off the Crew app. The staff is also extremely unfriendly. I have a high-functioning version of Autism and for the most part, I can make it through my day but interacting with these people especially since they didn't understand was so frustrating, confusing, and hard for me. I would go home in tears at times. I felt like I was in high school again with the cattiness and downright bully-like behavior. I could give various examples. It was so bad one time I called a lawyer but they sadly felt like I had no case. I have much more to say about this restaurant and none of it is good. I live literally 3 min down the Rd from this taco Bell so unfortunately we go there often. Today was it for me! I was in the drive through waiting for my order. Now let me start off with it's 94° outside today and it feels much hotter. My daughter's 6 & 7 asked the woman at the window for a cup of water (cause they don't drink soda).They said please. They didn't demand. They know way better than that. She had the audacity to roll her eyes at my kids and have a disgusting attitude. I flat out was like "it's hot outside" and told her to "smile it will make her day go by easier." I am sick and tired of dealing with your unruly staff. Get your store in order! I asked for her name she said Latoya but my receipt says Oneissia B. My order number is 338489. Latoya you're not the only sales person out there! Get your head out of your butt and be happy you are making an honest living. Don't even think about treating my kids poorly if we see you again. I won't be so friendly next time. This Momma's mouthy and you caught me when I was feeling a little pitty. You won't catch me slipping much so tread lightly or back off next time you see me cause I am done with the poor treatment and your treatment of my kids trumps it all. Read moreCHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING DRIVE THRU !!!!!!!! I am very appalled at the quality of food the staff provides individuals that customize their order at this location. I asked for two Crunchwraps with black beans and not beef; I was told black beans stop being served after 11pm. So, I opted for refried beans; no problem. However, I also requested them both to be fresco and even said no dairy, no cheese or sour cream. Yet, I get my order filled with nacho cheese,sour cream and shredded cheese on both of my Crunchwraps. I get it people make mistakes but when I waste my time waiting in drive thru again and get my order again just to find what looks like someone tried to pick off their mistake of adding SHREDDED CHEESE. I begin to feel as though there must be a misunderstanding that needs to be addressed by corporate (e-mail sent). If I say fresco, no dairy, no cheese or no sour cream. I really don’t want any of it.
