Absolutely horrible. Can I give less than 1 star please? We came in as a group of 14 for a birthday dinner. Restaurant was about 50% capacity so mot bad at all. The waitress asked us to wait s few minutes and she'd get with us as a big group she wanted to check her other tables first, which is understandable. She took our orders and then we waited and waited and waited some more. Did I mention we waited? 30 minutes goes by and no drinks no nothing. So we complain and ask to see the manager and the waitress says sorry they are understaffed. We are a patient group and we understand but that made it worse when she said she had to wash her own cups for us. I can see the regular drinks but the beers too? Bartenders wash their own. I just feel maybe she forgot to put in our order. So then magically our appetizers start rolling in as we threatened to all get up and leave. The appetizers arrived missing 1. Most were cold. Then the main dishes come out and that's where it all collapsed. Most of the food was cold or cooked improperly. Still waiting to see the manager we asked for 30 minutes ago we complained again. The manager refused to even come out and talk to us. The shift manager did. He changed our bill and took $8 off per check. Many of us felt that was an insult. Some of us didn't eat the food as it wasn't what they ordered or cold. The waitress said no we are going to make it right and told the shift manager what to correct. Totally crazy. She should be the manager since nobody else there was taking ownership of the place. Remember the place was maybe 50% capacity so for the manager not to have the guts to come out there and try to patch the hole in his sinking shop it tells ya the problems there are deeper than just our one table. Absolutely the worst experience ever and we refuse to go back. I even did their survey at the bottom of the receipt and asked for a phone call but hey I guess the manager is still in hiding because I'm still waiting a week later. We ordered two steaks with spinach-artichoke dip and French Onion soup to start. The French Onion soup was mediocre, and certainly not as appealing as the menu photograph implied. The spinach-artichoke dip was little more than creamed spinach with a scattering of artichoke leaves and hearts, likewise disappointing when compared with what was presented in the menu. After delivering our steaks without silverware, our server came back about five minutes later to check on us -- at which time both steaks were cold, and after the first bite, were discovered much rarer than what was ordered.
My husband returned his steak to be re-fired, during which time I took a few bites of the poorly-seasoned Bourbon Street Steak and undercooked new potatoes before deciding not to eat them at all. Upon receiving his steak - poorly presented on a side plate nearly 10 minutes later, he tasted it and left it uneaten, because like my steak, his was not seasoned well. By the time the steak was brought back to the table, the sides were cold.
The manager came by to the table and offered to discount the bill or buy us dessert, but we declined and opted to head to a different restaurant altogether.
