Chef T’s kitchen — Restaurant in Cleveland

I am highly disappointed in my experience with this business. I didn't even get a chance to try the food because the owner/ chef's attitude was very offputting. I initially called to ensure I was in the correct location as this was my first time visiting. Upon entering the incense aroma was very strong. I saw a menu by the ordering counter and inquired about it and immediately he started talking about perceptions and remodeling saying he wasn't being rude. I will NEVER order from here again! Food is awesome but the owner has a VERY nasty attitude! I had ordered two polish boys and side mac n cheese a couple months ago. They forgot a polish boy. So I called them to make sure they have my complete order. The owner answers the phone and starts yelling at me and then proceeds to hang up on me! I don't think he competent to own a business since he didn't listen to anything I was saying. VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never order...

I got here at 9:30 and even tho the sign says open and another states that they are open till 12am the door was locked and no one answered the phone. I will never try eating here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else. I will never trust a restaurant that cannot properly conduct business I can only imagine the horrors I would have faced with the food. I hope they are least following the OSHA food protocols since they clearly can't follow good...
