Euclid Commons — Local services in Cleveland

If you are a summer intern in Cleveland… DO NOT live here. I have been here for only three weeks and have had issues with mice, cockroaches, bed bugs and air conditioning. My roommates and I are very clean, yet we have been having pest and rodent issues since we have got here. We reached out multiple times in regards about the mice and got no response. Finally they sent a maintenance guy who did nothing but set one singular glue trap in our 4 bedroom unit. So far we have caught 4 mice and 5 cockroaches. I cannot say anything good about this dorm and it is surely not a place to call home...

Do not live in these dorms lol. Infested with roaches. Literally I am one of the cleanest people you will ever meet and I have seen so many roaches in my room and it is gross. I am sick of seeing them and I will not be staying in Euclid Commons next year. The place is beautiful but the roaches kill it! My boyfriend is a clean freak and lives on campus and has seen over 50 roaches alone in his dorm. They need to fix this problem because it is disgusting. They can build all these thousands of dollar buildings but can't pay for...

If it weren't for the disrespectful students working the front desk— I'd rate 5 stars. They don't care about their jobs nor the residents. All they do is sit on their phones and ignore any resident trying to ask for assistance, and then act like little children when they actually have to do anything.
