This is my new favorite restaurant in downtown-ish Cleveland. Phenomenal food and great service. Waitress was friendly. The club sandwich was perfection—delicious chipotle sauce and buttery bacon inside. The fries were the perfect ratio of potato flesh to skin. My dad and I were reluctant to dine here because of some bad reviews on here, but we were both so glad we ate here at the end of our meal. I’ve tried many spots throughout Cleveland during my time as a student here, and this is easily my top 2. This will be my new go-to spot for a filling meal!

The server was very friendly and answered all of our questions. They have gluten free options on the menu. I ordered a medium well steak and it was medium. My wife ordered a well done steak and it was medium well. They brought one salad with croutons even though we asked for it without due to an allergy. My steak was cold by the time I ate it, because they brought it out with our salads.

What a wonderful place to spend lunch with my beautiful wife! Adrian, our server was amazing , friendly and very excited knowing this was our 1st time here… and knocked it out of the park! The potato barrels were delicious, as well as the club, burger, and fries. We will definitely tell our friends and family about this spectacular establishment.

Doesn’t matter dine in or carry out they mess up my food every single time I go there and the people go with. I get a public club with no sauce and a few other things taken off. Why is it so difficult to follow instructions for the customer. Food should be checked by a manger before sending it out. As a former employee of a restaurant I have quite a few concerns. Number one being servers asking for tips on cash app , cash or Venmo. We are most ALL college students and why are we asking for tips it’s not classy. Especially when using meal exchange. For that nice of a place it is you would think it would be top tier service but it’s not. I watched a bus boy pick up silverware off the floor and put it back for someone to use. We asked to sit with a certain server and a different server that’s crowding around the hostess stand took us to their section instead. The severs are constantly up in the front trying to get more tables and they look desperate for tables. When they get all the tables they want the service is terrible. My friend waited 45 minutes for a pizza this week. I was done with my food before she got hers. This place needs to change because it’s a great place but it honestly irritates me everytime I go in there to eat. The food is good per portions are good but the service we receive is...

I was visiting Cleveland and stop here to get a quick bite to eat with my partner. Not only was the food subpar, the staff brought out my order with onions when I had implicitly asked for no onions. I have a food sensitivity to onions, and it was clear I did not want onions on my pizza. I spent time picking a lot of onions off my pizza. The staff blamed me for the mistake saying “it’s in the pico”. As I were to know that there were onions in a premix. There was no comp on the meal or any correcting it. I moved on until, I saw I had been charged twice by this restaurant for my visit. I left a tip on my credit card and they charged double the visit amount, one with the tip and one without! How can you charge someone twice for one meal? Luckily I kept my receipt and I am disputing it with my credit card company. Overall, poor customer service, lackluster food, and dishonesty? I can’t recommend a place that steals from...

The late night menu was good but not worth the price. Our server, Matt Hatgas, was nice at first but once the checks started coming out he started throwing checks at my party and making comments on tipping. There was a 15% gratuity on each check already. He also ran out after we had left to yell at us about tipping. It was uncalled for and I don’t appreciate having the check literally thrown in our faces.

update: went back there to give it a second chance. the service was amazing this time, the manager was so hands on and checking in on us at all times. our server, kushal prakash, was amazing and attentive. both the manager and the server made sure the steak was cooked right and brought out a whole new one when the one my brother ordered came out bloody both times. drinks were good. food was better this time. better experience, i’d...
