Cilantro Taqueria - Tremont — Restaurant in Cleveland

Hey Cilantro, I usually am always buying your guys food and buying from doordash because its so good but today I ordered doordash and order stuff to get on my bowl and nun of the stuff I order was give My rice bowl was dry, I ordered queso and cilantro garlic. They barely gave me sauce and charged me for queso but failed ro put it on. My boyfriend ordered a rice bowl and they didnt give him lettuce, his sauce he ordered or cheese. I'm very unsatisfied today with my experience. And what really topped it off is when I tried to call you guys, your phone is off and doesn't accept any calls so I cant even have yall fix it. I'm definitely reconsidering coming here especially because ysll also barely gave us food but charge 11 dollars for a bowl.i should've just went to Chiptole. This crazy. After this whole mess and 17 dollars down the drain im probably not coming back unless given a refund or order...

They seem to have a great variety and the food was tasty. The experience overall was decent. When we asked for a cup of water, rather than say "we don't have free cups of water" the cashier quickly took out a bottle of water and then charged me for it. When we were planning to eat in, we weren't asked if we were taking it to go and instead our food was put into an expensive paper takeout bag with handles that we didn't need becuase we didn't take our food home. Maybe take the extra money you save from unnecessary paper bags and use them on some cups of water. Just a thought. Dining room was fairly dirty, we sat underneath a filthy looking air duct return. Staff was O.K. not the most friendly but passable for a relatively busy place. I'd go back for the food but I probably wouldn't...

We tried cilantro taqueria in tremont the other day for the first time (usually go to Lakewood or Parma) and it was amazing!!! Loved the design of the restaurant, visually is the space that I like the most from the ones we have been to. And the food, as always, didn’t disappoint at all! It was so good that I even forgot to take a pic of it! We had tacos and one of their quesadillas and the quesadilla was the best I have had in a looooooooong time! The size was extremely generous and I wasn’t thinking I was going to eat the entire thing but man, was I wrong!! It was so good I ate the entire thing!!! Definitely a great discovery in Tremont and a must visit place if you’re around! Can’t wait to be back and get another...
