Professor Market — Local services in Cleveland

Moved to the Tremont area of Cleveland from Atlanta 2 weeks ago, and discovered this little market. Found that they carry some of my favorite treats, along with an amazing selection of beer, and also wine. My 3rd visit, the owner, Nash, recognized me and asked if I was from the neighborhood? I said yes, told him where I lived, and he welcomed me and told me that my favorite treats are delivered every Wednesday! When I told him that I recognized his name from favorable reviews on Google, he laughed and said "I don't do social media. I think it's more important to make real life connections with the people who come into this store". Honestly, this has been my experience overall since moving here, and it's not just Tremont. Everywhere I go, I meet friendly, welcoming folks who are happy to share their love of their city with newcomers.
