I have been ordering from this location for over a year now. And sadly this place has gone down badly compared to when I first started ordering from here. I'm not sure if it's up under new management or what, but when I first started ordering, my food was made correctly and delivered or ready for pickup on time. Also the workers would be very helpful and concerned if they messed up an order. None of that is the same now. My most recent complaint with them is that they messed up my delivery order which is ok with me because mistakes happen. But when I called in to have it fixed I was told that I would be given a store credit since they only had one delivery driver that day. That was totally fine with me.The very next day I called in to have the store credit honered and was told I had to pay for delivery again, ok fine even though I'm at work which is right across the street. (I placed my original order that they messed up from home) I waited over an hour and my order never showed up! So I cancelled it and asked for a refund and it's been six days and I still have not received my refund.I spoke to three GM's asking where is my refund, and they all said they simply didn't know. I tried contacting customer service and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. So here I am today typing all this with the hopes of the owner seeing my review since I couldn't get through to the customer complaint line. I also want to add that the place where I work orders alot of pizza everyday for events that they hold for their students, and lately I've been seeing way less domino's boxes and more Rascal House boxes. So to the owner, I think you may want to step in and get that location together because you will continue to lose alot of sale's from all the businesses and residents around you. P.S. I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, but my recent experience with Domino's left much to be desired. As a group of residents working long shifts at the hospital, we decided to treat ourselves to a pizza during our on-call assignment. We ordered a large 3-topping pizza with beef, pepperoni, and spinach. However, once we returned to the clinic, we discovered that our order was incorrect.
Upon calling the manager to address the issue, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. The manager insisted that they could not remake the pizza unless we returned the incorrect one. This was particularly frustrating given our tight schedules and limited freedom to leave the hospital during shifts. If we had the luxury to come and go as we pleased, we might not have needed to order pizza delivery in the first place.
What added to the disappointment was the fact that the store was not busy at the time. It's understandable that mistakes can happen, but the lack of flexibility and understanding from the manager was disheartening. A little empathy and willingness to rectify the situation would have gone a long way in turning the experience around.
I hope Domino's takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service. As healthcare professionals, we rely on businesses like Domino's to provide us with convenience and quality, especially during our demanding shifts. A more professional and accommodating approach would certainly encourage us to continue choosing Domino's...
Read moreI placed an order on the 27th for a pizza and the representative explained it would be a 1hr delivery time.... It actually took 2 hrs and 15 minutes and I still paid.... I then called in and explained what happened with my delivery the following day where I was told it could be remade for me, yet somehow I still had to pay.... This pizza again was 2hrs in delivery and left on the floor outside my building with no tamper seal just on the ground.... I called again to complain about the order and to speak to the store manager where some young lady who was quite rude, dismissive, ghetto, and ignorant began to argue with me in regards to my order... I asked to speak to someone else she stated that she could take my number down, I attempted to give my information where I was rebutted with a "wait a minute sir I didn't say you could start yet" I responded that it was rude how she came off. She says "I'll hang up if u wanna go there" I responded well at the end of the day you can do as you choose but I didn't tell you to work at dominos so I did nothing to you... She hung up.... I'm not sure if this is the culture of professionalism you as a company embrace within its employees however that young lady should not be working with customer...
