Went through the drive-thru ordered a box with a quesadilla. My qusadilla was wrong but working at an out of town taco bell myself I didn't get upset I just called back and asked politely if I could get a replacement. They we're nice and the kitchen did replace my order. However when I showed up to get my replacement the drive-thru was rapped around the building so my friends and I decided to park and run in. They decided they wanted food and this was 20 minutes before lobby closed. I do understand the dissapointment in the late night quick lobby rush, however you are not supposed to kick customers out until 30 minutes at least after closing. Upon walking in the older woman (maybe 30-40) asked if we we're there to use the restroom after obviously doing her best to glare at us through the windows then when we walked in. We politely said "no we came to get food" so she replies disgustedly "to dine in?!" To which we reply "yes... " now taken back by her obvious hostility "YOU KNOW THE LOBBY CLOSES AT 10" "yes..." So we go to front counter but she does not budge at first as we stand at the counter. She continues mopping until several other people come in to which she puts the mop down with attitude and comes to take orders. During the entire time she was taking the order she made my friend repeat it 3-4 times and instead of substituting beef for steak for a slight up charge and putting no beans she just added steak so it cost more. Then when my friend asked for extra nacho cheese and having to repeat it 4 times the woman says short and harshly "it comes with it." At this point I'm beginning to be Infuriated with this whole visit so I tell her she wants more nacho cheese on it. To which she replies "the lobby now closes in 15 minutes" "I understand. " after they finish and pay I stand waiting on my replacement to which she gives me and everyone another 5 minute update "the lobby closes in 10 minutes" then as another person walks in she gets irritated and states she may close it now. When my friends got their food it was also entirely messed up. This was literally the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I've worked at taco bell for a while now and though in different cities (my friend also worked for the one on APD40) the regulations and expectations are the same. I'm not sure if she was having a rough day or if this is her typical attitude. Working in fast food can suck but if you can't handle it then don't do it. I will be telling everyone what an awful store that is and calling your general manager in the morning as most of the staff other than her seemed fine and...
Read moreLast time I ate here they were a bit busy and I received food poisoning. I ordered a cravings deal box, subbing all beef to black beans. The cashier started putting no beef, add black beans which is an upcharge on every item. I politely informed her I wanted to substitute the beef. She said that's what she did but still grabbed another co-worker to ask them if she could do this. Of course she could and they helped her correct it, she was annoyed however. People in the back were very loud with one another and visibly frazzled by a medium sized line. I received my food and all the beef was subbed to refried beans. With how busy they were I settled for the refried beans. I assume they were not stocked or running low on black beans at that time. I would've liked to have been told because I would not have had a problem waiting. In my items the refried beans were very runny, which I had not experienced at Taco Bell before. My burrito and taco were leaking the beans and another liquid substance, either from the beans or something else in the product. Everything was cold, with the cheese shreds between the flatbread and hard shell on the gordita crunch not melted. I was very sick later into the afternoon up to 3 days later. We have stopped here before and had a decent meal that I would consider a 3-star evaluation. They are always so upset to deal with special orders or subbing black beans. This is disappointing, as we don't eat meat, and Taco Bell is one of the few fast food places that can...
Read moreMy husband and I are both former employees of Taco Bell. Myself 4.5 years, himself 3.5 years. Needless to say, my survey is based off of CORE STANDARDS. Cashier was friendly. That’s my only compliment. She is the one with braces. however, her friendliness is completely overlooked because of the fact she DID NOT change her gloves in between food orders. She also took our order, and a customer after us WITH HER GLOVES ON. After switching cashiers to a blonde girl, she continued to make food with those same gloves. She also swept with these same gloves on. She then proceeded to take them off, bypassing the sink that’s directly beside the trash can she threw them in. No one behind the counter has a hair net on. Drive-thru cashier assisted in making food without washing hands before doing so. Lobby has food, napkins, and straw papers all across the floor. No napkins stocked, tables not wiped off. All trash cans are overflowing in lobby, as well as bathrooms. Toilets look like they haven’t been cleaned either. Parking lot has trash in it. I would say your area coach would be extremely disappointed and this store would have done more than fail the core. But at least the tea...
