The short female with tattoos was very rude and uninformative. When i walked in i asked for a indica thca flower and she gave me stoney patch kids... looking into it more its a sativa. from what ive read its not anywhere near a indica strain and its not at all what i wanted. Ever question i asked about the flower (thca percentage, dencety, terps i recived "oh im not sure youll have to ask the owner and hes not here"... i came in a couple days later. A younger individual was in there. He seemed very nice and he gave me the information i needed. He even gave me a card, and told me i was supposed to get one with every $10 purchase of more. And i would recive a stamp for a future discount once it was filled up. The lady i first met never gave me one. So i missed out on a possible discount in the future. Seeing as though she was a horrible budtenter, gave me wrong products, and didnt care to tell me about a rewards card. I definitely wont be returning here for any of my wants/needs. My wife and I have been purchasing cbd/delta8 ( from a different local store) and we had gotten wind by a former employee of that store to come to Reefers bc he is now working over here, we thought why not bc he was always very friendly and knowledgeable about the products we used over at the other store he previously worked at and I was NEVER disappointed when he recommended something from the other company. I stopped in over the weekend to look at your variety of delta8/Cbd products and noticed all of your Cbd products are EXTREMELY Expensive and I did purchase a vape and a dab (the dab was 180mg and I paid $40 vs the 400mg cbd dabs I paid at the other store for $12) and I didn’t see a variety of delta 8 edibles? I have to say for the price I paid I wasn’t impressed.

First time in store on N. Lee. Friend purchased Krypto Chronic Indica Delta 8-10 Saucey disposable cartridge @ $40. Get up the road .25 mi. and realize the product doesn’t have a safety cap, is empty, and has a tooth pick in the box! Immediately call the store, convey the issue, and told to bring it back. The Rep grabs a replacement off wall, and that too has the SAME issue!!! Rep grabs a 3rd out of case, and it’s good. Told that it must have happened from the manufacturer. I can’t make this stuff up lol. Given they are subject to random govt. audit, steep fines, and legal action, one would think they would better inspect products being sold?!
