Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Cleveland

The food is always amazing. The staff are really unresponsive, it's best to order online and pick up. Make sure you get someone's attention. They will let you stand there if you don't flag one down.

Edit: My original review was from a few year's ago. I have to say I hate doing this. I am not sure if they have changed managers or if it's just another case of corporate inflation. The ingredients have definitely gone down in quality this is reflected in the food served. The wings are tiny and they use very little sauce now. The Pizza and bread sticks have less girth, which leads me to believe they are using less dough but charging more. That is NOT inflation that is corporate greed. Last night's purchase of 3 large Pizza's, one order of wings and one order of bread sticks was our last. In this economy you have to be careful where you spend your money. Everyone at this place seems extremely rude. They are never able to deliver on time nor do they call or send a message to let anyone know if the pizza is late or not. They don’t bother to call if they cannot find your address and they never refunded me for being charged a delivery fee last time I ordered there and it wasn’t even delivered. When we went to pick it up they would not even add extra honey sauce and the pizza was cold. I do not understand why these people are allowed to even work there. It’s happened twice now before I realized the service was undeserving of my money I work to earn. I started going to the Marcos in Ooltewah and it’s so much better. I ordered two cheezybreads with jalapeño ranch. Very fresh and very good! This was my first time ever eating at a Marcos Pizza and I will most definitely be back. The only complaint or issue was that I was awarded a few coupons on the app for making an account. One guy at this location attempted to help but really just said they can’t do in store coupons from the app. A manager overhead our conversation and she was able to fix it for me but she also said the app coupons are a little confusing. The first guy also told me to only use coupons for online orders. If customers are going to be given coupons I normally expect them to be honored in store.
