Wow where do we start!?! So June 4th at the Cleveland airport location at 7:50 p.m. I walked into the location and just stood there after countless waitresses looked thru me as they made it quite clear dirty dishes are more important than paying customers. Finally I set myself and still am not acknowledged at all after 5-7mins sitting. At this point I realize that to get service maybe I need to apply 50/50 approach. So I get up and go to the bar now a waitress stops playing with the dishes to ask me am I placing a to go order I say yes. She informs me that its going to be a 30 min. Wait and I say ok so as the bartender starts to take my food order she stops and says we dont have anymore boxes. Lol iam laughing inside because none of this is my fault at all but the looks of disgust towards me on their face suggest that I was to bring boxes to work today. The environment at the location was not inviting nor friendly 3-4 white woman on staffed never once did I receive a hello sir , welcome to sammy's where the grass is greener nothing just some of the worst customer service ever given to me in Cleveland. Iam now down the hall at winners with a $70 bill I planned on spending and more due to a delayed flight back to vegas. Iam writing you not only to complain but to inform you your staff is costing this company money after in dismay customers followed behind me in complete shock of company standards displayed...
   Read moreI normally dont do reviews, but as i sit here in sammys i feel like i have to say something. Kathleen was our server and she needs a new job, seeing that she obviously hates this one. She was so rude to two different tables that sat beside us, that they got right up and left without hesitation. We waited 15min for drinks when the place is not busy, it's clear that the bartender is more interested in people tipping him than getting waitstaff their customers drinks in a timely manner. Took 15min to get a box for leftovers, took another 15 to get the check, any normal request is met with a thousand yard stare and a 15min wait. Watched Kathleen drop her broomstick into the entree of the lady beside us... just a generally horrible dining experience and all I had was nachos. Manager is obviously complacent and focused on something else noth the restaurant. How can you sit and watch customers walk out and not ask why, someone dine-and-dashed on the other waitress, manager did nothing, and lady was still in terminal waiting for flight its not like she left, she's 50 feet from here. I feel like others, Sammy needs to get his name off this place because profits for charity are being minimalized by this terrible staff. I would fire the entire front house, from what i can tell back house staff are getting it done. Food looked pretty good, I saw a lot since we had to sit for 2hrs to get one...
   Read moreThe worst experiences ever. I had a layover in Cleveland Ohio from GA on my way to a business meeting in Las Vegas. Figured I had an hours and 30 minutes before boarding so I stop in for a drink & ordered a classic burger. The waitress keep running her muonth about local politicians as I sat down at the bar. Took my orders then walk away then bring back my drink and walk toward the pos system But seem confused about who's ordered what and then walk away to chat with others servers. 35 minutes goes by and I have not gotten my burger so I asked if they weren't made then canceled it cause I had to board. A lady seem to be in charge insis my food was made and I had plenty of time before the Vegas flight. So I sat and wait another 8 minutes and finally said to go ahead and cancel the ordered. She then insisted its ready and I have to take it to go. Fine I'll take it to go.....here's the kicker...They did not have my ordered đ and then she seem upset be abuse I said let me just pay for the Drink and I gotta go.
