We just moved to this area and had been frequent guests to the Starbucks where we used to live. At the store we used to frequent I'd put in a mobile order, walk in 10 minutes later, see my coffee on the side where drinks are supposed to be picked up, and then walked out with ease. Matter of fact, that's how every mobile order experience has been for me across the countless Starbucks I've done business with. So, the first time I came to this store I waited from a distance behind a woman who appeared to be waiting for a mobile order as well. A couple minutes go by and another lady walks past and says "if you're looking for a mobile order it's probably by the register." So I followed the lady to the register where both of our drinks had been hiding for who knows how long. Then, the second time I placed a mobile order with this store I walked in, saw no drink sitting where it was supposed to, so I walked towards the register to see if that was where my drink was. I looked at the cashier, pointed at the drink, leaned in to read the name but couldn't see it, so I asked if it was for Emma. She snatched it up and then slammed it down in the correct spot along with a straw that landed in a giant puddle of water probably from drinks sitting there throughout the morning. Then the cashier snapped at me by saying something to the effect of "next time you tell me that you have a mobile order." She talked to me like a child because I had no idea what was going on, I thought maybe that was where they put the mobile order drinks instead of on the normal counter. I just wanted a nice coffee to cheer me up since my grandmother had just passed and I was having a bad day, instead I got barked at and a passive aggressive...

This Starbucks desperately needs to have their espresso machines cleaned. The espresso tastes so bad and it’s not because I’ve received shots that have been sitting out or shots that are burnt, it’s because they don’t clean their espresso machines. So save your money and go to another coffee place or another Starbucks until this one practices proper cleaning and maintenance for their espresso machines.
This Starbucks is okay, there are much better ones in Cleveland, but the service is usually fine unless they’re super busy. If they’re super busy you can expect to wait upwards of 30 minutes for a drink. The one caveat I’ll give is to never order an iced drink here, no matter if you request light ice or not they will always fill your iced drink to the brim with ice, usually compromising the taste of the drink to do so. I’ve had a drink with popping pearls (that I ordered light ice on) which was so packed to the brim with ice I couldn’t get to any of the pearls in the bottom. I’ve also ordered iced coffees with cold foam (which mind you you have to pay extra for) and then put so much ice in there the cold foam was like a centimeter thick layer mixed in with the ice. They don’t care about making drinks that taste good here, they just care about saving the company money for some reason. Which is crazy since it’s a multi billion dollar corporation. Either way, skip the iced drinks here because you’ll get cheated out of your money. (The photo of the cold brew is after I took zero sips of it by the way, that’s the way it was...
Read moreTalk about a waste of time. I had a mobile order and it didn't go through which is fine. It happens. The barista treating me like an idiot, is not. I understand it's easy to get the wrong store, but I always double check the map before I pay. Her questioning me continuously as I try to tell her I knew it was the right store wasn't a good start. I had to run outside to grab my phone, because I'd forgotten it, so that I could prove I was right. I get back into the store the original girls gone and so I told a new lady what happened. She asks for a receipt, so I pull it up, which only took a second, but she's moved onto another girl who's having the same issue and proceed to ignore me for the next few minutes (not sure why it took that long to verify a receipt and write down the drink). No apologies either. Weird thing was she didn't even look at it and new my name when she finally got back to me. Must've fixed their machine or something. All in all, probably took a full 20-30 min for a mobile order. I'd ordered it 10 min before I got there, that's how I new something was wrong when I got there and it wasn't ready. There's a reason why we order ahead. Horrible...
