Tried @STEAK Cleveland the first time—and WOW, what an experience! They kicked things off with complimentary popcorn—seasoned with steak seasoning and butter. We started with drinks, and each one was a whole vibe: • “I Glitterly Can’t” – sparkly and delicious • “Robin Cocktail” – smooth with a kick • “Bath Bomb” – fun, fizzy, and flavorful Every steak entrée comes with your choice of a Caesar or House Salad, a steak with one sauce, and bottomless fries (which also come with a sauce) OR a side of veggies (not unlimited). Sadly, the baller cut was sold out that night, but here’s what we ordered: • Jen & Amber went with the Every Day Filet – 9oz center cut filet mignon, topped with chimichurri and Gus Boy Butter, fries with a side of cheese sauce, and Amber added a crab cake on the side. (Shown 1st) • Me & Ang had the Neighborhood Cut – 8oz filet, house salad, and waffle fries with ranch. (Shown 3rd) • AJ got the Bearnaise Smash Burger with a side of fries. (Shown 2nd) Since it was Amber’s birthday, they surprised her with a complimentary cookie shot—yes, I took a bite, and yes, it was delicious . If you’re in Cleveland, this spot is a must! 📍 STEAK CLE 2179 W11TH ST CLEVELAND, OHIO 44113 #RestaurantsInCleveland #ClevelandRestaurants #SteakCLE #Tremont #ClevelandFood #ClevelandFoodie #ClevelandSteak #ThingsToDoInCleveland #CLEFoodieTee #ClevelandDinner #thingstoeatincleveland #FoodInCleveland #clevelandohio #SteakCleveland #TremontOhio #TremontFood #CLEFoodie #CLESteak #EatCLE #CLEEats

Overall, my party and I had a GOOD time. I think the food is pretty tasty and the experience is fun. For a quirky date night every blue moon. PROS: -My steak was great. I got the baller cut and it was delicious and cooked medium rare. Perfectly seasoned and exactly what I wanted. -Fun, tasty, although gimmicky drinks -Decor is cool! - My salad was DELICIOUS. HOWEVER. I have some critiques from my experience. CONS: - Horrifically loud (and bad remixed versions of GOOD songs) music - Meals were ALL served on curved, weird dinner platter type plates. Which were CUTE, but made cutting our steaks incredibly difficult because of the curved edge + cute but butcleaver shaped knives. - Fries tasted like oil, and nothing else. Little to no seasoning - FREE popcorn had virtually no salt on it. It tasted like unsalted grease ( I can forgive this because its free but still, we barely ate any.) - Cowboy butter sauce tasted like oil and MAYBE a hint of garlic+herb - Had to ask for ketchup for the fries, obviously I'm not going to eat the already bland fries PLAIN. Service: -Our waitress was accommodating -Our waitress did come to our table, but not as much as I would have liked. -Host staff was very welcoming and friendly. - Its nnoying that all the waitresses (not ours) were standing and chatting directly outside of the restroom hallway. Meaning I had to push past them to get back to my table. I get the computer to type in orders was probably right there, but it was still annoying. SIDE NOTE: The $150 charge for late/cancelation is absolutely ridiculous. If you're a really reeeeallly nice and established restaurant maybe you'd be able to get away with that, but never ever in cleveland have I seen that. OFC I wasn't going to be late or cancel, but thats a huuge amount of money for a table you'll probably be able to fill anyway. It may have been for my table size, but thats a pretty ridiculous price regardless. OVERVIEW: -I probably won't be back soon, BUT -I had a good time

I was really excited to try this place when they first opened but I had a lot of issues even getting anyone on the phone, and when I finally did they were initially rude and disrespectful. I did get a manager a few days later who apologized and offered to have my party and I another day. I decided it wasn't worth it, a few months later my friend convinces me to give it another try before I move out of the city and I have to say I wish she hadn't we were seated in a super cold area (the patio that only had garage doors and little heaters keeping it from freezing) My one friend wore her coat for half of our meal because of how cold she was. With a reservation we still waited 20 minutes to be seated. Once seated the music and our waitress were the best parts of the night! Our waitress was attentive and checked-in but also gave us the right amount of space. We ordered a little bit of everything off the menu and a few bottles/glasses of wine and a cocktail. Not one of us could get through a single glass. I tried wines that are normally super sweet to discover they had very dry versions of them, and nothing to accommodate my preferred palate drink wise. One of my friends is not picky about merlot bought a whole bottle and took it home only because of how expensive it was and because of how nasty she thought it was barely even finished the single glass she poured and had to chug it before we left. My friend who got the cocktail said it tasted like nothing but tajin. Sadly our food did not pair much better, my food came out missing extra sauces and additions to my steak like the gold wrapping, (they did correct this so I could try to enjoy my meal) the fries I ordered got cold quickly and honestly did not taste fresh more like they'd been sitting under a heater like at McDonalds. My friends got the carrots with their steaks and honestly they probably could have been cooked a bit longer. We each got a salad which was probably the best part of the night food wise and their shallot dressing is amazing. We shared some sides, mac and cheese, creamed corn, and creamed spinach. I love mac and cheese and unfortunately I have met the one I did not like. It was watery kraft with panko on top. I was desperate for the cheese and could not find it. The spinach tasted burnt and dry, I did not bother with the creamed corn after that. We did order a bloomin onion as an app and it was so oily and greasy that immediately we regretted the choice. Our steaks, the supposed star of the show. The biggest disappointment of the evening, as mentioned above I was missing items from my order at first but my steak was quite small, while cooked well to my preferred temp it was super fatty and chewy and did not feel like a prime cut of meat. The bernaise sauce was the redeeming quality on my plate but sadly the chimichurri was not worth the extra $5 I paid for it. All in all I feel as if you pay for the experience and atmosphere more than anything else but after each person at my table spent almost $200 a piece my standards and expectations were much higher. We all agreed we would have gotten better food, at a better price, and better drinks at longhorn.

Edit: Please see attached photos. Like I said I had high expectations but watching other patrons be treated poorly for their complaints it makes it hard to make a complaint. My friends and I are not the type to waste energy on things that clearly cannot be fixed, especially as we were trying to enjoy our last night out together before my move. As stated this was a second try for the restaurant and we really believe we should have just went elsewhere for the price we paid. The response alone tells me had we complained not much would have changed. If you choose to try this place out do so with caution and low...

Our waiters Taylor was super kind and freely and attentive. We also had Mike who checked in on the team and he was very kind upbeat energy. They are the type of people that when you are having a terrible day they make your day and week a lot better. We also had the opportunity to meet the owner Jason and he was as friendly as his staff. He gave us insight about the resturant and Cleveland is truly lucky to have a resturant and team like this. We also met Julia and she runs this fabulous place and you can tell why the resturant runs so smoothly. She treats her staff with love and care and she helps out with every task possible in the resturant. I hope they open a resturant in the DC area we would love to have them in our area.

The bath bomb was so great you ask the waiter what the tub of the night is and it changes often. Today it was a blackberry sangria and it was so delicious I would absolutely order it if they have it again and it comes in a cute tub. The drink does change about once a month so if you are seeing this in December I would rush on over. We got the blooming onion, and wow it came out pipping hot and the team apologized for the wait and truly the wait was no longer than 10 minutes which is no issue at alll. You can tell that they care about what they are making. I would absolutely recommend you order this the flavors are perfect , the crunch is perfect. Nothing came out soggy.

The prix fix menu comes with your choice of a salad a steak and a side. I can’t forget everyone get unlimited popcorn with the best steak seasoning that you probably have ever had. The salad options are steak house and Caesar Marie. We chose the Caesar Marie and it was okay just a basic salad the salad itself was good and I’m obsess with Caesar salads but nothing I would rave about or tell someone to get.

The main course ! The thing we have all been waiting on. The 16oz ribeye , we knew once we had the popcorn that the steak would be good. The chef and their team seasoned and cooked this steak beyond perfection. The steak was juicy and truly medium. We have gone to several steak restaurants and I believe this is the best ribeye we have ever had. The steak is seasoned all the way through you truly dont need any sauce or anything for this. I can’t even explain how good this steak is my review cannot explain the depth. The steak is also seasoned with so much knowledge it’s not salty but is bursting with flavor.

You have the option of 5 different sauces to go with your sauce. You also can get the veggie side which changes semi frequently. Or you can get the best bottomless fries you have ever had. Yes better than chic fil a !

They pay attention to the small details and the large here. Your steak knife comes out nice and warm ready to warm your heart with every bit of steak. The staff is very attentive and everyone is considerate of every customer that walks in. I did not see 1 person leave without a smile on their face and speaking super highly of the resturant and the food they just ate.

We ended our night with a Ferris wheel ! This is what you call a full experience. Creative speciality drinks. Amazing desserts that all have a twist to them.

The food and portion size are set at the perfect size that make you want to come back everytime. This resturant deserves all their...

I don't typically write reviews, but our experience tonight was incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

We had a reservation for 8pm and arrived a few minutes before. When we checked in with the hostess she aid they were seating the reservation before us but would then seat us right after. Within a few minutes they sat what seemed to be the reservation before us. We then proceeded to stand and wait until about 8:35 to be sat at a table. During this time we were told about 6 times that they were clearing off a table and were about to seat us and thanked us for our patience. Never once did they acknowledge they were running behind or anything out of the ordinary. We also watched one or two groups come in after us and be seated before us.

Once we were sat, our waitress came by promptly and took our drink order. After our wines arrived, we then waited more than 10 minutes for someone to come take our food order. We didn't get to place our dinner order until 9:05, over an hour after our reservation time. There continued to be no acknowledgment of the delay in services.

We then didn't get our salads until almost 9:20. Our steak came about around 9:30 and we asked to speak to a manager. The woman who brought our steak said she was a manager. We expressed our frustration that we had a reservation, were sat over 30 minutes after it, and it took over an hour to even be able to order our food. We said we were frustrated that no one acknowledged that our service was incredibly delayed. She said to be honest that they were way busier than normal, she started work at 11am and was still there working and that she had been on window all night so didn't really know how behind they were. She apologized and said she'd do whatever it was that she could for us and to make the night better. We also told her this was for my partner's birthday dinner and it was disappointing. She said she would be back in a few minutes.

Our waitress came by around 9:40 to ask how our food was, but was leaving the table before we really got to answer. We had another staff, seemingly a potential manager, stop by and ask if we needed anything while already starting to walk away from the table. We asked for additional fries (they were unlimited with our meal and no one offered to bring more without us asking) and came back with fresh fries promptly. (The popcorn was also unlimited but was never refilled or offered to be refilled.) Our waitress then returned around 9:50 with boxes in hand asking if we wanted boxes. At this point, the manager from 9:30pm still had not returned to our table. We watched numerous tables be provided cookie birthday shots, to which the menu said they were complimentary, and we were never offered or brought one, even after telling the manager our frustrations and that it was my partner's birthday. Nothing was done by the manager in response to our experience.

The entire night felt like the staff did not care about our experience and that once we were sat down they didn't want to attend to us and then wanted to rush us out of the door.

The food was alright. My steak was undercooked and they did not provide the sauce I ordered to go with my steak. It was not good enough to wait almost 1.5 hours, with a...
