If I could give this Chipotle's location zero stars, I would. I often go to the Chipotle in Roseville, but was very eager to try the new location in Clinton Township. Much to my surprise, there were so many things wrong. First of all, if you are going to consistently close 2 hours early, have your website accurately display your correct hours instead wasting people's time and gas. Despite encountering this problem the first time, I decided to go back another day just to give this place a shot. It was a few hours before their closing time and they did not have all of the options available and were refusing to make more even though they said they had the ingredients in the back. The portion sizes were extremely small, and when I asked for more, I was met with eye rolls, heavy sighs, slamming the scoopers down, and unnecessary attitude. If you don't want to work, just say that instead of being completely disrespectful. To top it off, they forgot to put some of the food in my bag even after I asked if everything was in there, but they gave a half-minded "yeah" and moved on. Two people needed to help with the register because they could not figure out why they were overcharging me. In all, this was a below average experience and I will not be returning to this location. If you are a customer, I suggest you make the trip to the Roseville location. If you are the owner of this establishment, I suggest you implement extra training or replace...
Read moreThis was THE worst food experience i’ve ever encountered in my 26 years of life.
I put in an online order, and dove 20 min home to realize it was wrong. That’s on me for not checking and I understand things happen. So I come inside and wait in line to ask them to politely remake my order and gave them back the wrong one. They give the order back to the side window people to make it and I thanked them.
The young gentleman gives me my burrito bowl back and walks away. This time I checked it. It was wrong, again. This time? Completely off the wall wrong. I still kept my cool and understand things happen, so I asked for a manager. The guy heard me ask for i, comes over and says “What’s the problem?” (I know he wasn’t a manager, he had to of been like 17). I said it was an incorrect order again and he goes (I’m not kidding) “Well we’re super busy right now what do you expect?” Excuse ME? I said for my order to be right. He goes and just starts SLANDERING me to his coworkers and I am standing there in disbelief. I shouted that I’d just like a refund at this point, but he gave me my bowl back. Without saying a word. I gave it another look, looks decent. I go home.
I sit down to eat it, and guess what? It was STILL wrong. I wish I was kidding dude. I’d never come back to this location,...
Read moreStingy! If you are expecting the usual and want a big heavy bowl with topping stuck to the lid or a brick of a burrito, don't come here. This Chipotle is the worst one when it comes to portions. I don't go to Chipotle just because I like it, but also because I can rely on getting a good value for my money. I don't eat a lot. Usually, I can get a bowl and eat it for 3 meals. This is the second time I was able to eat the entire bowl in one sitting. I thought the first time was just because it was close to closing and they didn't want to cook more, so maybe that was they were unwilling to give the usual amount. I order guac and she used the tip of the spoon to scoop about a tbl spoon on and I had to ask her to take it back because I wasnt paying for so little. This time was 2 hours before close, so I hoped it would be different. It was a different person, but they were still stingy. And they didn't have fajita veggies at all. Also, there were big chunks of jalapeño in the pico. The pico shouldn't be spicy, and I like spice, but my mouth was on fire. I got a large side of guacamole and I barely ate any because it was full of big chunks of avocado and they were hard. The chips had no salt and tasted very plain. It was really disappointing. I will not be returning to...
