I don’t like to complain or leave reviews but this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here. I also don’t like to ask for employee names because that’s Karen behavior. The first instance was Thursday 8/22. I went to the drive thru and the gentleman taking my order sounded rude and apathetic. Like he didn’t want to be there. Then I got up to the window and waiting for my food patiently. I waited like ten minutes and the same guy with brown curly hair gave me my food after I paid and said “here” in a rushed mean tone. I let it slide because I understand that people have bad days and it’s hard. I work in retail as well and I have my bad days it’s normal. Now today 8/25 I went to this location and I ordered a salad at drive thru. The girl who took my order was alright. Not mean but not friendly either. I go up to the window to pay and I was paying with my card. The girl holds out the card reader for me to pay but because of the sun I cannot see what I’m doing on the screen so I thought I hit “no tip” but upon getting my receipt I saw that I tipped $17. That’s too much especially considering what happened after. First the girl never said that I could take the card reader so upon tipping is when she mentioned me being able to take the card reader and type my pin in. I didn’t realize I tipped that much until I got the receipt but I only get 30 minutes for my lunch break and decided I would call later for a refund. Then I waited five minutes for my food and the same guy with curly brown hair rudely handed me my food and before taking it I saw it wasn’t the salad I ordered and I politely told him that I ordered a salad and he was handing me a sandwich. He gets annoyed and looks at the girl who took my order and they stare at each other before rudely telling me to give him a second. Then I waited ten more minutes for him to bring out my salad. This was disappointing as I stated previously that I only get 30 minutes for my lunch and this was taking a while. So I finally get my salad and drive off to eat in the parking lot before going back to work only to see that he didn’t even give me a fork! This was an entire debacle and as stated before I don’t like to complain or leave reviews but I would greatly appreciate a refund and I would like management to talk to their employees about...
Read moreEmployees are rude, poor food quality, and long wait times. Two days in a row my Caesar wrap had old lettuce on it. The kale hanging all out the side of the bowl. With big halves of apples in it. Not cut into small pieces like it's supposed to be done. And the second day they didn't hardly put any chicken in it. I returned it and told the guy at the counter this is the second day in a row you guys have served me some terrible food and if you guys can't seem to get it right give me a refund and I'll go to the Crocker location. He apologized and said no they would fix it. When the sandwich was fixed the guy gave it to him to hand to me and he didn't wanna face me. I've been to that location several times since it has opened and not one time have I had my sandwich made correctly. I will continue to drive out my way to the Crocker location to get the right quality of service...
Read moreI know not to go here but I was sick and I thought let me try again 😶. I really wanted them to make me a tropical smoothie like the other stores. I got a smoothie that I couldn't drink thru the straw 😶. I went thru the drive thru and they prolly only had to keep it on the speedy blender for a min or so. I returned to this location with my sticker and they told me I should have came back that day 😶. I didn't know until I was home and back in bed that I didn't receive a tropical smoothie. I believe I went back on the third day and was told this by the manager. I've been in the food industry for many decades and I don't understand why they wouldn't make this right 🤔.
