I’m impressed that they are so successful at messing up orders. Well done, you’ve surprised me in an unimaginable way this time.
First order was missing ingredients, and oddly portioned. Second order same story. Third order was interesting, every two inches of the burrito featured only one ingredient. Two inches of a guac burrito, two inches of a cheese burrito…and so on. Impossible to eat, and missing items. Third order was very oddly portioned again, I was able to tear more than half of the tortilla off due to the small portions. The burrito had a quarter sized amount of guac that was split between two bites. Just weird!
All of these issues were ones I could understand given that the location is very new. So I continued to believe that one day they would blow me away.
For my fifth order, I went inside to investigate the battleground of these mistakes myself. Either a regional manager or field trainer was supporting the team on the line. This felt reassuring. It was a perfectly fine burrito.
This was all I wanted for weeks, this was my patience paying off. I was just being dramatic about how annoyed I was before. All of this is completely fine! I should go back!
My sixth order. Congratulations, outstanding performance. I placed my order is I do, I run a few errands and pick up my order. I get home and my burrito is in fact NOT a burrito??? It’s a bowl. The label on the bowl clearly says burrito, HOW DID WE GET HERE!?
You have truly impressed me in your commitment to mess up orders in every imaginable way. I applaud you for being consistent in that respect, it’s the only thing consistent about this location. Your creativity is unmatched, always finding new ways to surprise me and keep me on my toes, so thank you for that....
Read morePretty nice location as it’s farely new . I went once before and they kind of skimped on the food . Thought I’d give it another shot since it’s near my house . And they did it even worse this time. The guy was very adamant about not giving more meat or it would be considered “ double “ when he didn’t even give a full ( HALF ) portion to begin with . I got half chicken half barb . And I didnt receive half portions of neither . Upon me asking for more meat the guy put three pieces of chicken on there and considered it “ more meat . “ practically rushed me down the line ( no one else was even in the lobby ) and I cannot have the rice that has cilantro and lime in it . Coming from someone who once worked for chipotle I know the rice isn’t premixed . And so I asked did they have any rice that wasn’t mixed. The guy that was making my food proceeded to say no without even checking . The guy that was doing grill intervened and said “ we do have brown rice in the retherm” ( hot box ) . They let the food get down and they then scrape the food pans to make your order! Omg! Terrible. The guy walked to the other side of the restaurant didn’t change his gloves came back to make a bowl then he patted the rice in the bowl with the same gloves on! Last time I went I ask the young lady to change her gloves before completing my order cause she was rushing and stopped to ring somebody order, get this ..it was 3 other workers sitting in the lounge area kicking it , which at least 1 was the manager .
