Dunkin’ — Restaurant in Clinton Township

I've been going here for a while. Normally, it's a decent place. However, maybe it's the newer folks that work there, (understandable some quite young). My order has been unfulfilled a couple of times. Knowing that there was newer staff, I completely understood and wasn't very upset, and I know that we all need to learn just a bit. However, it is the 5th weekend in a row where I have gone to this dunken, and the results of my orders have not changed. The Mocha ordered on my last visit had no espresso at all. Im a patient person, but when it's the 5th time of my order not being what its supposed to be, im starting to believe it's either someone not caring at all about their job. Or possibly lack of training. I hope that the newer staff works on their abilities, but until then. It will be quite some time before I feel comfortable returning to this location. I've spent enough time and money having my order not completed thoroughly. I mean no disrespect with this review. But i truly hope this issue gets resolved at some point...

I’m in the drive thru, I order a Berry Burst Energy and 3 chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles. I get the donuts, they didn’t have sprinkles (after asking me what donuts I wanted at the window again) not a big deal. Then I taste my drink, it’s straight syrup. No sparkling water. So I go back in the drive thru line to ask them to add the sparkling water or make a new one. The worker stated they ran out of sparkling water so I’d have to pick a different drink. How does a Dunkin’ Donuts run out of options but still make the drink without telling people what’s in it. I’m DONE with this location. Just went there, ordered an iced coffee and a donut, in drive thru, paid with gift card at 7:22am, started to pull away and the guy was saying “wait wait your straw” so I stopped reached my hand back got it, Dropped daughter off at school, as I was driving by location on way home at 7:28, I get a new bank alert on my phone for a new purchase of 8.73 that I did not make. Immediately went back inside to question it, guys pretend they don’t speak English, I called police, workers aren’t answering his questions, pretending they don’t understand (they spoke English no problem when taking my order), made police report. . They have some kind of scam going on...
